2 bedroom, 2 full bath, ocean front condo in Ocean City, Maryland. Fully furnished, with laundry in unit (new in 2025). One balcony facing the ocean/beach, & the other facing Coastal Highway & the bay. Sleeps 6. First floor location (no need for elevator), with panoramic views of the ocean. Kitchen features stove/oven, microwave, & full sized fridge, with ice maker. 3 flat screen TV's in unit. Central heating & cooling. Linens are not supplied. There are black out curtains on all windows. This unit is cleaned from top to bottom, professionally, after each stay. All flooring is laminate wood, or tile. Come & see for yourself!

Building offers a fitness center, indoor pool, & large ocean front communal deck.

I only rent to folks over 25 years of age.

**The weekly Administration fee due at check in is $50.00 per week. This covers parking for one car. Additionally, any second car parking will be at $10 per day across the board. So, if it is a 7-day rental, it would be $70.00**

Beach Vacation 2024

Jason's property is in a terrific location right on the beach. It was the perfect spot for our family of four to relàx. The condo is located within a short drive to several local attractions, restaurants, and stores. It also has great wifi!

Great place for family to stay in OC

After searching for hours and reading hundreds of reviews I chose this unit at Century 1. Owner J. has a nice unit overlooking the beach (deck is a great place to hang out). First floor location means no waiting for an elevator. Pool and fitness center are very nice. Unit was clean, kitchen had all the needed dishes and utensils, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms were well off the main living area allowing everyone to spread out when desired. I would definitely stay here again.

Long Labor Day weekend stay

Very nice stay. Our son and daughter in law had downstairs bedroom and bathroom. We were upstairs. So they had privacy. Enjoyed having two balconies - oceanfront and bayside. Even though on first floor - great view of ocean and beach.

Great place on the beach

Our family stayed here for a week and had a great time. The place was spacious and well maintained, right on the beach and within walking distance to supermarket, discount store and restaurants. Very nice to be able to walk to the beach then come back and spend some time on the private balcony. The bed in the primary bedroom was a bit firm for our liking, but easily addressed with a mattress topper. As the unit is on the first floor, it was an added bonus that we didn’t need to use the “beach / service elevator” during check in as there was an extremely long wait for the folks on the other floors of the building. Jason, the owner was great and always a text message away for any questions I had prior to arriving and during our stay.

Awesome location & clean! Jason is a great property manager!

Jason was super responsive and helpful! The kitchen is well equipped and the place is clean. It is right on the beach and I got to watch the sunrise from the balcony! I will definitely go here again when we go back to OCMD. Overall a great experience!

A bit frustrating at times but still a great stay

Our condo was in great condition, very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Beautiful views from balcony. We rented from a private owner so we didn't need to check in at the main office but did need to purchase a parking pass from the office. They were extremely backed up and overwhelmed. When getting suitcases and miscellaneous items to your condo, and when hauling stuff back from the beach, you need to use a small service elevator that was exceptionally slow. There was a sign in the hallway that stated that bellhops were available on the weekends at check in but another renter told me that they haven't had them for quite some time. Perhaps due to hiring issues. However, we still enjoyed our stay but definitely needed to be patient with the elevators.

Great Condo Steps from the beach.

We had a great week. I'm so glad my wife talked me into staying at this condo on the first floor. We spent the week on the beach and could walk back for lunch or drinks. The views were still great. The kitchen could use a few more supplies (blender). Hopefully coming back next year.

I had a wonderful week at the beach in the spacious ocean front condo.

The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to enjoy our week at the beach. The first floor location makes it easy to enjoy the beach. The condo is decorated nicely with pictures with an ocean city decor. The two floor set up makes it great for families to enjoy time together and quiet time as well. The location is close to grocery and other stores. I had a fabulous vacation here

I purchased this home from my parents in 2016, to keep it in the family, for us to enjoy, + now, my niece & nephew as well. We take pride in ownership, as we use the home when we aren't sharing it with you! My family created many memories in Ocean City over the years, & will continue to do so. I hope you make the choice to make your memories in my home as well!

Why they chose this property

My family & myself chose to put our roots down in Ocean City, because of the area itself. It is a safe area, beautiful, & things to do for all ages. From the beaches, shopping, food, boardwalk, fishing, biking, & so much more! You can either stay in & relax on the balcony 1 night, or go out partying & sightseeing another night.

What makes this property unique

The views of the ocean & the close proximity to the beach, is what sold us originally. I remember as a child, my folks would be up on the balcony, watching my sister & I playing, just below, on the beach.

Keep in mind, renting on the 1st floor, no elevator is ever needed!
