Overall, a great stay! The house was clean and as described. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils, pots and pans. There were 2 portable AC units, but the weather was nice that we did not need them. We did not use the river, but it was nice to be outside and see and hear the birds. The detached sunroom was a great place to have dinner, especially with the temps we experienced (fall level temps)The house is down a red dirt road typical to PEI, and was next to a farm so there was an occasional manure smell.

Great location but property needs a lot of TLC

The house is just as pictured, just about 10 years later. While the location was perfect and we enjoyed the view, the house needs some major updating. The deck is covered in moss and mold so no dog sitting on it like the picture. Almost every window blind was broken, the shower doors constantly fell off, the washer shook the whole house when run. The screened in room is missing boards on the outside walls. We did reach out the the management company and they offered to secure the dryer which was falling off the washer (but that wasn't going to stop the shaking). In general it could be a really nice house if some care was put into it. But since its currently for sale I doubt that is going to happen soon. We know properties that accept dogs aren't always the greatest but we were more than a little disappointed in this property. Especially when you saw how well maintained the neighbors properties are.

An enjoyable stay

We enjoyed out stay at this location which was well kept in side and had a great view. Well located for Cavendish Beach and Charlottetown.

Perfect getaway spot

We went as four golfers and found this location an ideal refuge after day out. The home was spacious and well appointed. The view which included a family of bald eagles was priceless. All was great.

Central location on PEI for all activities and very nice house with amazing view of river. Very comfortable communication with owner and everything you need is in the house.

Beautiful spot

No complaints...except for the small black flies at night..which were able to get threw the window screens....had to clean up alot of them on a couple of occasions before we relized they were getting in threw the screens

Central location for all activities in PEI. Fantastic view of the river, comfortable communication with owner, nice house well equiped.
