Newly remodeled, tastefully and fully furnished, fully equipped 2nd floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, off-street parking for 2 automobiles. Walking distance to The Track, Downtown Saratoga and the Farmer's Market. A short drive to Skidmore College, SPAC and the Interstate System.
Kitchen: Fully equipped.
Bedrooms: Three full size bedrooms. Two bedrooms are large with queen beds, third bedroom has full bed.
Master Bathroom: shower tiled to ceiling with Washer/Dryer
Guest Bathroom: Large, full bathroom with tub and shower tiled to ceiling.
Parking: Off-street parking for 2 cars, plenty of on-street parking too.
Square Footage: Approximately 1400 sq ft
Laundry: Washer/drier located in apartment

Entry Area: Very large hallway entrance area, with a coat closet and plenty of space for extra storage. Hallway door opens to a spacious, front porch overlooking a lovely, quiet street. There is a private 2nd floor porch off hallway.
Living room: Large, sun lit and with hardwood floors. Fully furnished with 48 inch TV.
Dining Room: Large, antique farm wood table that seats 6 people. Dining room has large built-in china closet and buffet for lots of storage. Hardwood floors.
Living Room, and Dining Room: These rooms feel like one very large open space, interconnected with a large open archway.
Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove with oven/broiler, dishwasher, refrigerator. Exposed brick and hardwood floors. .
Outdoor Patio: Large paved patio with picnic table and grills, bed for vegetable/herb garden, grill.

Located on Nelson Avenue and North Street in a quiet East Side neighborhood. Walk to Downtown Saratoga in minutes, High Rock Park and Farmer's Market is just down the hill; Walk to the Track in 15-20 minutes. Minutes by car to Skidmore College, SPAC, the Northway (I87).
