Harbour Tower 714: Resort Harbour Properties welcome this new captivating rental condo to our inventory! We are sure you will enjoy this delightfully decorated two bedroom two bathroom water front condo located at the Sanibel Harbour Resort. The balcony offers two comfy rocking chairs and a sette to snuggle up with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. There is a work space desk in the living room and the sofa offers a pull out bed for additional sleeping. The master bedroom has new king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room and guest bedroom feature Smart HD Tv's and an oversized HD Tv in the master bedroom.

Great stay!

Condo was beautiful... perfectly decorated (beachy/tropical), very clean and well kept. Lanai water view was incredible, even had a perfect view of the Sanibel island 4th of July fireworks! Pool was also very nice. The only drawback was that the private beach, while great for sunbathing, isn't very swimmable. Not sure if that should be made more clear in the marketing or description of the condo (or if it's intentionally left out?). Plenty of nearby beaches to swim in, though, so definitely not a big deal. 100% recommended!

The condo was in a perfect location! Amazing balcony view of the ocean. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities of home. Sydney, the host, quickly answered all my questions and gave spot on suggestions for dining, activities, rentals, etc! We highly recommend this Vrbo and would stay here again and again.

The best ever

The view is incredible! So are the sunsets. A screened in lanai makes eating outside a pleasure. The condo looks professionally decorated. The kitchen has more than enough of everything (except wine glasses) Management was very helpful. Answered our questions, recommended restaurants and even taught us how to work the tv.. We would return to this condo any time!

We return year after year and this unit is by far the best one we have stayed in! Not only is it decorated perfectly, it is also very nicely appointed! We are already talking about our next trip and agree this is where we want to stay. You can't beat the location. The views are amazing and our fishing guide of many years picked us up right on the beach!! Chris is amazing. So patient and knowledgeable. He can be reached at 239-270-3305. Beachy Keen!

We loved our stay here! The condo was quiet, clean, and decorated so totally beachy cute! The pool was huge and we were the only ones in there in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon. Our only complaint was that the pool closes at dusk so we didn't get much time there as we were on the go until past dinner pretty much every night. Oh, and of course we would prefer no screens on the balconies but understand why they are there. The sunset views are beautiful but would be much better without a screen hampering our vision. Highly recommend this condo!

Even though there was post hurricane construction going on, was able to use the pool. Need to have better instructions for the televisions. The batteries in the remote for second bedroom were corroded. Also, should have block out curtains in the second bedroom to block out the lights in the corridor/hallway.

My best friend and I went for our 50th birthdays and were looking to relax, enjoy the gulf and really get some peace and quiet....ya know, away from the kids. This place was excellent. It was beautifully decorated, all the furniture was really comfy to sink into and watch a movie at the end of the day. And the view of the golf is supurb. The description is 100% accurate. Not only was the condo great, the building itself was beautiful and the management team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were kind and quick to respond to emails prior to arriving and throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the tv when we arrived, they sent someone up right away. Turned out it was a user error, the two of us just couldn't figure it out but she couldn't have been nicer about it.I truly don't have enough words to express how much we loved our trip and the comfort and amenities the place offered. We are already talking about coming back next year and hoping this place will still be available. You won't regret booking here. I promise

Bed in main bedroom was not a king and was too soft. Toilet next to second bedroom ran off and on was not stable. Kitchen utensils were of poor quality.

Hi Dennis, I must admit, I am surprised by your review. You are absolutely correct, the master bedroom is furnished with a new queen-sized bed, as advertised in the listing. When you came down to express your dissatisfaction with the bed size, we had our housekeepers combine the twins and put new linens at no cost to you as a courtesy. Additionally, we purchased and delivered new knives, also as a courtesy, because you were displeased with the knives the owners had just purchased for the unit. Unfortunately, we were not able to address the running toilet during your stay because it wasn't reported, but we did not find any issues during our check-out inspection. We regret your dissatisfaction, but feel confident in saying that we exhausted our available resources to improve your stay. Excellent location and views

We absolutely loved everything about our condo by the ocean off of Punta Rassa Road close to Sanibel Island! The decor and furniture were tasteful and so “beachy”! The kitchen had all that we needed to cook, however it would have been nice to have more seasonings to chose from, but we understand with Covid it may not be possible. We were so close to many awesome things do do, with Sanibel island nearby, and many beaches and amenities in the area. Also only 20-30 min drive to the Fort Myers airport! The view from the patio of the actual ocean is breathtaking and the pool and private mini beach iWould love to stay here again!

Quiet and beautiful condo

This condo is conveniently located between Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel in a beautiful, quiet area with a very nice smaller beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice as well. The only downside is the pool and hot tub area closes at dusk making it impossible to enjoy after coming back from a busy day of fun.

Clean and bright .. wonderful sunset views

Spacious, very well equipped condo overlooking the water. Watched the sunset each evening from the balcony, saw some dolphins, watched the boats. Went swimming in the sparkling clean pool or lay on the white sand beach. Very relaxing. Well managed from a Covid point of view. Lots to do in the area of course. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. Very good stay.

Stay was great. Pool is great and accessible. Kitchen well prepared. Wonderful location. Was quite disappointed at the combative attitude of the security person on the site. My son is a college baseball player and had to do some light throwing. He went with my son in law into an empty part of the parking lot to toss. She (security person) approached him and asked them to stop. That would be fine, and he would be happy to stop. However, she was rude and combative from her first words to him. There was no need for her to be rude. He was in an empty parking lot, with no cars around, so he thought it would be fine. There was no need for her to be so rude.
