Amazing views - Oceanfront 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Villa with newer beds and fans!
Hi, I've been an owner for 17yrs and 8 yrs on VRBO. THIS OCEANFRONT HOME IS NOW LISTED FOR SALE WITH CENTURY 21 IN ST MAARTEN FOR 550,000-Please inquire for any possible rental discounts-happy to answer any questions fast! We offer a spacious 2 bed/ 2 bath villa directly on the ocean in pelican key area (Coral Shore Villas). Hurricane irma was a terrible experience but our villa didnt take on sea water and is renovated (new AC, new Serta pillow top beds with coil construction (1 king and 1 queen), 2 new oversized living room chairs, new water heater and a few new fans). Have receipts and cancelled checks to show that we didnt cut corners on our renovation. Thanks!

Why they chose this property
Our part of Pelican Key is very tranquil and safe (has a security guard stand less than 60 yards from our villa and your parking spot). Dedicated parking spot with an extra parking spot for guests directly next to mine. The nicest gardens in all of St. Martin!
