Hi Frances, We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the clean. As you can see from previous reviews, we take a lot of care and attention to presenting the house well for our guests. As mentioned, we ask that if guests are unsatisfied with anything that they contact us at check-in so that we can make sure their issues are taken care of right away. Finding out about this at check-out unfortunately does not allow us to do so although we are still unsure about what the problem was exactly (you mentioned you found a lollypop stick). Separately, however, I would like to point out that the way you left the house when you checked out was quite disappointing. We even found a bag of dirty nappies in the laundry room. In any case, I thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will relay to our cleaning company to make sure this does not happen again and we wish you a good day.

Great House for a family stay

There was plenty of space so everyone could spread out and do their own thing whenever they wanted The children absolutely loved the games room and we enjoyed some adult time while they were occupied having fun Mixed weather but it didn’t matter as the kids had plenty to do indoors Would highly recommend and would love to stay again

wonderful base for a great stay

relaxing, enjoyable and hassle free. a pleasant stroll gets you to town for a coffee. hang out and stare into the ocean with ramdom distant whale sightings. plenty of rooms in the house with a comfy couch

Beautiful well-equipped home - huge house with enough room to give everyone space! Fantastic view: we needed a lot of persuasion to leave the very big balcony/patio to explore some of the area. Very responsive host! Loved our stay!

Fantastic holiday house

The house is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the house is well equipped with everything that we required. We loved the view and enjoyed a couple of walks into Dunsborough town. We will be back.
