Wonderful stay.Easy, facilities great- the latches on the two smaller gates could be improved and the lower back deck needs some attention. But small fixable issues- fantastic for our family group.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well equipped and in an excellent location for exploring the south west.We loved we could bring our dog Molly and we are already talking about hopefully going back again soon.Thank you Rosa for making our stay so easy and comfortable.
We had a great time walking to the beach and cooking big meals to eat on the veranda while the kids watched cartoons on the comfy couch. Not a ton of frills but truly everything we needed for a family Beach getaway!
Good accommodation Not a precious house so very comfortable for a family with kids Good location Equipped well Could do with lamps in the bedrooms I like to read at night
A great house and location to have as our base whilst showing family from England the stunning South West!

I clarifying the house number & A or B would have made it a little clearer to us at check in.We found the key easily, however several doors of the house were already unlocked as well. The location of the house was great and the amount of bedrooms amazing. However, we found the bedrooms all very hot at night with no ceiling fans or pedestal fans available in all but 1 room upstairs. A couple of the bedrooms didn't have windows either as there were sliding doors but either no flyscreen or locks to open for fresh air.The main bedroom up stairs had a ceiling fan but it didn't work. It was incredibly hot at night with no window or flydoor and also found the the sliding door didn't lock at all.
This is what we all needed, the accommodation was well suited and fit exactly what we needed.
The house was well stocked for amenities and close to everything that we needed.
My husband and I and 5 of our friends and our dogs stayed recently for two nights. It was ideal for three couple and two singles: plenty of space, great location close to the water and Dunsborough town, awesome upstairs entertaining area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back.
The house was ideal for five of us, as it had 5 separate bedrooms, and the large kitchen was great. The highlight was sitting out on the balcony watching the birds in the morning and looking out to the ocean. Magic :)
We had a wonderful time! Property was spacious and comfortable with fabulous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Only a short stroll down to the beach. Will be back ☺️
Family house, close to beach and boat ramp in old Dunsborough
Quiet area in old Dunsborough. Only 5 min walk to boat ramp, playground, swimming beach and coffee van. The house was very well equipped with all that the 6 adults and 3 children needed. Lovely balcony to sit out on in the evening. All that we needed to know was sent to us and it was a very easy process of check in.
Great location, spacious property, very clean and tidy. Good parking. Only downside was wifi not working during stay. Rosa (host) was very quick to reply to questions.
Lovely house and amazing 2 week stay. House was clean and very well equiped. Location brilliant and beach and town within walking distance. Had our furr baby with us too
Recommend more lighting in bbq area downstairs and fans in all rooms. A vacuum cleaner would have been nice too
Overall would highly recommend
Bacchus was perfect for our girl's trip, loved our stay here. The house is spacious (we all had our own room) and in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of utensils/crockery/glasses so no need to keep washing dishes! Was lovely to sit out on the deck upstairs for an afternoon drink! Would like to suggest mirrors in the bedrooms and also tissues provided and maybe a starter pack of kindling & firewood. We did buy the firewood as suggested but I think this could have been provided given the cost per night. The host, Rosa, responded to my emails very promptly. Would definitely book this place again.
