Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the luxurious gated community of Pacifico. Feels like you are at 5 star resort yet with all the conveniences of your home. We are located in the heart of the upbeat beach town of Playas del Coco, only 30min away from the Liberia airport and couple hours drive to famous volcanos, waterfalls and hot springs, it is the most charming and conveniently located town for exploring all the top rated attractions of what Costa Rica has to offer!

Our unit is on the second floor of a two story condo in the heart of the luxurious Pacifico property. Enjoy morning sun and afternoon shade from the oversized terrace overlooking a spectacular pool. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and an ensuite bathroom with separate his and hers vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Just outside the second bedroom door is the second full bathroom making this place perfect for 2 couples or small families. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and large dining table. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need. The unit also hosts your own washer and drier. Wifi internet is included for your convenience.

Pacifico is a gated luxury resort community with incredible amenities such as 4 large pools, jacuzzis, and pool side restaurant and bar. The complex includes commercial conveniences of a large supermarket, cross fit gym ($10 per day), coffee shops, stores, car rental and restaurants including the Hard Rock Cafe. The development also has an exclusive ocean front Beach Club. Renters at Pacifico have access to this private club at an additional cost of $25 per person per day OR $70 per person per week. Children are free! The beach club has 2 more infinity pools overlooking the ocean, loungers, cabanas, towel service, and an incredible restaurant and bar to serve you poolside.

Beautiful grounds, great location

The pools and grounds were even nicer than the photos show, we started every morning on the balcony which was lovely. Amenities and beach were in easy walking distance. The condo is spacious, but note that to sleep 6 you would need the air mattress blown up. The kitchen was well equipped and there were beach towels and a few beach toys which were nice to have. Would stay here again.

Great Location, Very nice Property

Very nice condo overlooking the pool. Great deck. Loved sitting out in the evenings was so lovely. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was fairly well supplied (could use a bread knife). Some tea, coffee and spices were suppled. The second bedroom is fairly small. The blinds really need to be replaced, as the light from the corridor shines into the room. The location is very convenient to grocery stores and many restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Spot for Our Journey

We were staying for only a few days to discern if Pacifico properties were right for us regarding a long term stay. The condo, allowed us to do our homework and have some fun too. The shaded patio is where we would begin and end our day as it is perched out near the pool. The furniture offered us both a place to relax and work. The unit is supplied with all you need, including a few child friendly accruements. The responsiveness was quick when we could not figure out the thermostat. The unit was a perfect for us.

Beautiful tropical safe stay

We loved the beautiful gated quiet grounds of this property. The pools are sparkling clean and with plenty of shaded lounge chairs. Love being able to order a cold drink brought right to you. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We were able to make meals and sit out on the balcony to enjoy coffee and food in the gorgeous setting. We rented a golf cart for the week to get around easy. The grocery store is a 5 min walk or 2 on the cart.

Great location and beautiful place. Easy check in

Easy booking process. Good communication with the owner and management company. Check in went smoothly and our stay was wonderful. The condo overlooks the pool and is close to the Main Street of Coco. We sent a afternoon at the club house which was nice. You have to take a shuttle there or drive which is a bit out of the way. Condo was exactly like shown online and had everything think you would need.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pictures were spot on, beautiful property, awsome location great staff on property. Owner and property manager respond with in minutes of texting, messaging or calling. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops and beach. Sunny patio all day long. The only thing that could make this better is if it was right on the beach, but if you dont want to walk to beach there is a shuttle from property or you can rent a golf cart, which is actually fun way to get around! Definitely recommend this rental property.

Great property in beautiful neighborhood

Wonderful unit overlooking pool. Cozy, clean, and great location only mins from the main downtown area and beach. Owners very responsive and helpful, replies to inquiries quickly and had local property management team that is very nice and professional. If you're looking for a nice don't place for friends and/or family this condo had everything you're looking for. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!!!

I stayed at the condo with my boyfriend for three nights and had an amazing time! The condo is very large, clean and nicely decorated, and we loved hanging out on the huge terrace. The location is perfect, right off the main strip in Coco so you can walk everywhere but it’s tucked away so you get peace and quite at night. Make sure to take advantage of the Pacifico private beach club, beautiful spot with excellent service. Joanna and her property manager Dave were easy to communicate with and super helpful in planning our trip! Definitely recommend stayed here
