Our beautiful condo is located inside Pacifico development which is centrally located inside Playas del Coco. The development offers 24/7 gated security, and the best pools in town. The walkout balcony overlooks the Pacifico pool and snack bar located only steps away, this is a great space to have your breakfast and watch the parrots fly by.

Great Stay for the Value!

We've stayed at other places in Coco that to us seemed very overpriced. In our opinion this condo was just perfect for our budget. Great, safe location - great communication with hosts, clean and thoroughly stocked. Thank You - we hope to be back soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had all the basic things we needed. Pacifico was lovely and the beach club was a bonus. Tip: The grocery store outside the gates was comparatively more expensive than ones a short walk away.

Beautiful property

The condo was very clean and the pools and grounds were well maintained. There were a few advertised amenities that were missing but the management team were very quick to make sure that everything was to our liking. Thank you Peter and Bret! Overall we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Pacifico!

Pacifico Stay

Loved the location of this property Gated community, very friendly and clean. 4 swimming pools, pickleball courts, beach club. Close to stores and restaurants Condo could use some updating, very little kitchen items (no oven mitts, one cookie sheet which we used for baking fish. No 9 x 13, kitchen knives very dull. Could of used a greeting book - how to get shuttle to beach club, costs (well worth it). How to get pickleball courts etc. We had to ask alot of questions. Would stay at this location again. Probably not this condo
