This delightful 2 bedroom unit is situated in a sought after waterfront location on beautiful Merimbula Lake. Sunny northerly aspect with excellent lake and town views, only a minute walk to Main Beach and an easy stroll to town centre. Pelican waters unit 8 is well appointed with a spacious living area. Ideal for that relaxing holiday with a lovely communal barbeque area plus carports. Queen and 2 singles.

Check in time is 10am and check out time is 3pm.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please note there is a non refundable booking fee charged with every booking.

Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.

Good holiday - well needed

Perfect outlook / view. Good location. 16 steps up to the unit a bit difficult for Parkinson's Disease sufferers, but worth it for the beautiful outlook across the garden and lake.

Amazing location

Pelican waters 8 is a great location and clean and neat apartment. We loved the space that allowed kids to play on the property and the amazing views. We have already rebooked for next year. The only minor negatives would be, the apartment could do with some small updates/ improvements, no dishwasher or internet was difficult, especially when trying to work remotely for a few days, the TV reception was average at best and the master bed is incredibly hard. Still a great holiday spot and would recommend.

Short notice stay

The location of the apartment was good but we were disappointed with it, it's in need of updating. There was a mattress protector missing on the single bed. The blind covering the balcony door only open half way (which I fixed so it wouldn't be damaged) The security door did not lock so you couldn't leave the door open. One cup has lipstick on it and another was still dirty, two cups were chipped One light globe over dining area blown Dining chairs were shedding black matting Rubbish bin lid part broken Tripped on the ridge along tiles and carpet numerous times (OH&S issue) There was no WiFi I spoke to the managing agent on Monday and was told the person managing holiday lets would contact me - I'm still waiting. When I returned the key I reiterated the above issues and I was thanked Hopefully they will be addressed

Very homely holiday vibe

We had an enjoyable stay at our apartment at pelicans waters. Very homely and tranquil and a great relaxing getaway. It had amble facilities for the trip and if you stayed for an extended length of time it would be more than enough.
