Ponto forte localização ótima pe na área , ponto fraco fugao muito sujo , banheiro cheio de cabelo privada se utilizar e ao fechar a tapa meu Deus vira uma cachoeira janela quebrada , sala janela com vidro quebrado sem cortina fica difícil dormi muita claridade e parece que a janela está solta faz um grande barunho , se pagamos a taxa de limpeza o certo seria receber limpo.

Estadia agradável com ótima localizacão

Apartamento muito limpo, super agradável e muito bem localizado. O proprietário é muito gentil e disponível, pra ser nota 10 a estadia, faltou apenas a garagem, mas foi tranquilo deixar o carro na rua nos arredores. Certamente voltaremos numa próxima oportunidade!

Apartamento muito organizado e limpo, com cadeiras, guarda sol, culer, geladeira(nova importante para gelar as bebidas kk), TV, colchões novos ; Porteiros super educados e atencioso; Dono do apartamento super atencioso desde o momento da locação, até todas as informações, se chegamos bem no apartamento, se gostamos da nossa estadia.....
