This Cycladic style traditional house (ToKato home) is located in an amazing panoramic position within the ISLA, a private complex of three properties perched uphill from the famous Marcelo beach (1 km away) and is only 3 km away from the port of Parikia. The house enjoys access to a private terrace which offers drinking and dining with panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the spacious outdoors. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the big shared pool. All the areas of the complex, such as the barbeque area, the dining area by the pool etc, are accessible and free for common use.
This house is built on three levels and consists of three bedrooms, two twin bathrooms, two living rooms and a full equipped kitchen.
From the upper ground level entrance you enter to the living room, the kitchen and the first bathroom. The upper ground level has access to the terrace with a great view to the open sea and the swimming pool.
The middle ground level has a bedroom with double bed and direct access onto the swimming pool area. It also has a second bathroom.
The lower ground level has two bedrooms, one with double bed and a second one with two built single beds.
Τhe house is fully equipped. Fresh sheets and towels (for internal use, not for the pool or the beach) are provided.

Great Stay in Paros!

Our family of 4 had a fabulous stay at Kostas' beautiful villa! The villa is clean and the view is amazing! The pool was wonderful, plenty of lounge chairs. The villa was close to Parikia and not far from Naoussa. Communication before and during the trip was easy. We loved our 5 days here and would definitely book again!

Beautiful home in Paros

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay in Paros. Kostas was extremely helpful and an excellent host. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even was able to get us dinner reservations at one of Paros’s busiest restaurants. The house is up on a hill with a beautiful view of the Sea and pool. It also had plenty of space for our family of six. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning when we went to sleep. Be sure to take Kostas’s advice and rent a car you will need one to get around the island. Overall I would definitely recommend this listing.

A splendid villa in an exceptional setting, with sea view

I spent a week in this villa with my 2 kids of 12 years old and I can tell you that we really enjoyed it. We were very well guided and welcomed by our host, who gave us all the directions we needed to get to our destination even before we got there. Many thanks to him for his kindness and friendliness. The villa was very clean, functional and very well located, even if a car is compulsory. During our stay, my daugther had an ear infection and our host took a doctor appointment on our behalf. So a huge thank you for his help during our whole stay. I can only recommend you to go over there, you will enjoy it as much as we did !

Formidable séjour à Paros

La maison fait partie d’un ensemble très réussi sur le plan visuel et très fonctionnel. Les habitants des 3 maisons ne se gênent absolument pas et profitent ensemble d’une grande piscine très bien entretenue. La vue depuis les maisons et depuis la piscine est splendide! La maison que nous avons occupée était très confortable et équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pendant ses vacances (ustensiles de cuisine, lave-linge, fer à repasser…). Le propriétaire était très disponible et avenant. Il nous a fait bénéficier de ses conseils pour profiter au mieux de l’île. Si nous revenons à Paros à l’avenir, ce sera avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons ici!

Wonderful accommodation in Paros w spectacular Views!

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying in this lovely property. There was plenty of space and we loved the pool and eating meals on the balcony. It’s just a short drive to a fantastic beach (Marcelo) and to the town of Parikia w lots of great restaurants & shops. There were lots of little extras including some of the best local honey I’ve ever tasted. Konstantinos Was the perfect host with lots of terrific recommendations & on hand to help if we needed it. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Paros. Thank you Konstantinos!

Paradise in the Greek isles

We had an excellent stay at Krotiri . First of all, the host, Konstantinos, is a very attentive, gracious, and friendly host. Even prior to our arrival, Konstantinos kept in constant contact with us, including sharing important info about the rental and being responsive to any questions we had. A couple of days before our arrival, he promptly reached out to us to give us exact directions for our arrival and check-in. When we arrived, the airline lost our luggage. Konstantinos offered to help us with the airline and allowed us to provide his phone number to the airline as a local point of contact. During our stay, he even shared with us a yummy Greek dish that he made. The place was clean and bright and even had a stocked fridge with essentials so we could begin our vacation right away. The place is perched on a hill with beautiful views of the town and sea. Every day, we made it a point to sit on our balcony to watch the beautiful sunset. Our rental unit felt very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and other essentials. Also, the rental is closely located near the town for groceries, restaurants, beaches, and espresso cafes. The pool area was breathtaking and refreshing on hot days as well as for simply relaxing on the recliner to watch the sunset. However, a rental car is suggested to get to and from the place since it is on a hill. We even took advantage of our neighborhood and hiked around the backside, which took you to a hill that allowed for a 360-degree view of the island. Konstantinos takes pride in sharing his residence with guests and goes out of his way to provide a paradise escape for all who visit. If you are able to book this place for your visit to Paros, you will be very fortunate!

Perfect place in Paros

Great property, as shown on the pictures. Kostas the owner was super helpful and on site all along. On our day of arrival we had an issue with the car rental and he was kind enough to pick us up and then drive us back to town to pick the car later. Would definitely come again with pleasure !!

Très belle propriété avec piscine et vue superbe sur la baie. La location d’une auto est cependant nécessaire comme suggéré par le propriétaire. Paradise in Paros!

When we rented this property, it almost looked too good to be true! We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday as well as 20 years of marriage and this was our last stop with our 4 kids. When we got there, it was Paradise! So much that we were not in a rush to leave the property and when we were away always looked forward to coming back! Kostas, our host, was extremely thoughtful and his hospitality and exceptionnal welcome were over the top! He made sure that all our needs and questions were answered. He met us at the port, guided us to the property. He left us some groceries to get us started. He shared precious contacts with us regarding places to visit, to eat, agency for boat tours and car rental as well as ordering take out food. Thanks to Kostas, we spent 2 amazing days touring surrounding islands and these 2 days were the highlights of our stay. Back to the property, it was very clean, had all the amenities necessary for our family of 6 (3 boys 15, 17 and 19 and a daughter 11). Our kids enjoyed the pool as well as a basketball court, which was a nice surprise for our boys. There was an outdoor charcoal BBQ which we used to cook while enjoying a drink during sunset! We were there during a heat wave, Kostas even added an air conditioner in a room where there was only ventilation to ensure that everyone slept well. The property has the most amazing sunsets and a view of Parikia Bay which is beautiful at all times of the day. You need a car to get to Parikia which is not more than 10 minutes away. Whether sitting on the balcony, around the pool or in our bedroom, we had that amazing view of the water at all times. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this property! Thank you so much Kostas for this memorable stay!

Magnificent choice!

Magnificent choice! We visited this beautiful traditional house on May. We had the best experience. Very clean house, well maintained and nicely decorated. The location is great, very close to Parikia, although a car is necessary. The views are stunning. Definitely a value for money choice!
