*You do not have access to the vacant upstairs apartment*

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Pool heating is $100 per week and must be requested in advance

Eaton paradise

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Location in old town Key West is great. The pool was the largest in the last 4 years that we have stayed in Key West.

Perfect Get-Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our month stay and looks just like the pictures! We had 5 people so the bed/bathroom conch house in the back gave everyone their own space. The private pool was amazing with plenty of beach towels to use. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook at home. The house is in walking distance to all of our favorite hangouts which was really nice and the little bakery across the street made getting our Cafe Con Leche super easy. We had a couple issues that the management team took care of the day we called. The down side: from the front bedroom you can hear the garbage trucks starting at 5 am almost every morning - we are up early anyway so that wasn't a problem for us but some people might find it annoying. Definitely will look at renting this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect stay for a month in Key West. Great location and beautiful accommodations. I liked it so much that I've already re-booked for next year!Quaint KW home nestled in a perfect location. You can walk to the harbor in 2-3 minutes. From there, Duval Street is an easy stroll. Some of the best restaurants are close by and the Old Town Bakery is just across the street. I had a golf cart while I was there so that I could explore the entire island. Parking in front of the house was a daily challenge, but I was always able to find parking within a block of the house.I only contacted the management company to re-book for next year.

Key West Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Pool area is amazing and relaxing! Mgmt company was quick to fix two very small issues that occurred. Very Sunny and welcoming kitchen and living space ! Very close to wharf area, Duval, amazing restaurants and bars close by. Be sure to check out Gerd at the Bull! Great time always! Also close to Fausto’s for groceries and alcohol. We definitely would return!

Great lil retreat

Home was very nice. Historically comfortable. Good for small family. Great location near the docks where we kept out boat. Very convenient and just a couple or so blocks away. Also close to Duval, convenient/grocery store and a walk or bike away from great bars and eateries like Schooners Warf. The pool and pool area was amazing. If you don't like the heat in the summer, be aware that the home has split AC units in each room so may not be as cool as you like. The front room is also very close to the street so has a bit of noise for light sleepers. All in all it is a cute place to stay.

This was a darling oasis close to the harbor and a beautiful property. We hated having to leave not even halfway through because of the coronavirus. We would’ve absolutely loved to have been able to stay for a full month!!
