You'll feel right at home in the elegant and comfortable home. It has been completely renovated and newly furnished. There is TV in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi internet access is also available. The spacious living areas are bright and sunny, with comfortable sitting areas and an entertainment centre for all the rooms. The kitchen is bright with modern equipment and an adjoining breakfast corner. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a double washbasin, a Jacuzzi, and a separate shower room and WC. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third has two singles. As well, there is a second bathroom and a guest WC. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. From the 5 x 3 m Lanai, safe from flies, you can enjoy a view of the sea with breathtaking sunsets. The Lanai can be accessed from the living room, master bedroom, and the dining area. The doors of the living room can be fully opened, which increases its area even further.

Palm Colony Stay

We had a wonderful time at Joerg and Sarah's condo in Pelican Landing. It was immaculate and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed.Joerg was very communicative from the time we booked to our check-in at the condo and throughout our stay.Would stay there again if it is available.

one of the best vacations we´ve ever done

Our stay was perfectly prepared. Already before our vacation started we had a very nice contact to the owner. He was very helpful to arrange our holidays as convenient as possible. He gave us a lot of informations about the property, the location and amenities. When we arrived everything was well arranged and we were perfectly informed about everything. The property was very clean and well maintained and the listing photos reflect accurately the rental´s appearence, but in reality everything was even much nicer. We felt so comfortable there. The pool is in 1 min walking distance and the tennis courts in 5 min. In 5 - 10 min you reach shopping malls ( Miromar - very nice shopping experiences), restaurants ( Bonefish-grill- very delicious, Mel´s Diner - tasty burger) and supermarkets by car. Hickory island is wonderful. The way to get there is already a great pleasure. Yes, we really appreciate the condo and we recommend it to friends and relatives. They'll love it!!!

We stayed in this property for 3 months at the end of 2008 and must say that it was probably the best rental we have ever had. The apartment is very well furnished with lots of chic style and very well appointed with flat screen TV's, internet etc. It is just opposite Coconut Point, a new mall development, with a great cinema and lots of good restaurants - Montana Grill for buffalo steaks - The Grape for a great lunch and Angelina's a very stylish Italian. I am a golfer and Stoneybrooke is a good public very close. Also you are only 5 mins away from Miramar Outlets for great cheap shopping. Bonita beach is only 10 mins drive away and great for walking, relaxing etc I must also add that the owners of the property were very conscientious in cheacking that we were happy and everything was in order, Only downside, (and not a very big issue) - the couple downstairs smoke on their lanai and the smell drifts up occassionally and also the beach at the beach club is small and can be crowded. But overall we give it a 5* rating

This property was beautiful. It was pristine and well stocked with all we could possibly need. The owner offered to help in any way it was needed, however, there was nothing that ever went wrong. This was the nicest property we have ever stayed in!

Als langjähriger Florida Urlauber in Naples und Umgebung haben wir die optimale Wohnung im exklusiven Resort Pelican Landing, Palm Colony gefunden. Eine grosse, sehr saubere und modern ausgestattete Wohnung im 2. Stock mit allem Komfort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pelican Landing bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitness, Tennis, Schwimmbad und besonders die freie Bootsfahrt zu der Privatinsel dicht vor der Küste, ein Traum! In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das tolle Einkaufszentrum Coconut! Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässlich und stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen wieder!

Traumurlaub in Bonita Springs

Erstklassige und perfekt bewachte Anlage. Die Angaben von der Internetseite waren zu 100% wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung fanden wir in einem sehr sauberen und äußerst gepflegtem Zustand vor. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause. Der Vermieter hat uns im Vorfeld ausführlich informiert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden das Feriendomizil jederzeit wieder buchen und haben es auch für 2017 schon reserviert. Freunden würden wir es natürlich auch unbedingt empfehlen. Sportliche Aktivitäten in der Anlage und rundum enthalten (Kanu fahren, Tennis, Golf, Fitnessstudio, Swimming pool etc.); alles was das Sportlerherz begehrt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die private Badeinsel, die man durch halbstündigen Bootsshuttle erreicht. Man kann sogar unterwegs Delphine beobachten. Zahlreiche Shopping Malls, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind von der Anlage schnell erreichbar. Einfach eine Traumanlage!!!!

Schon mit dem Eintreten hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl, dass sich immer mehr bewahrheitete. Alles war auf Anhieb grosszügig, hell, blitzeblank und bestens vorbereitet, besser geht nicht. Wir durften uns auch immer melden, falls es Probleme oder Fragen gab. Hier hat alles ausgezeichnet geklappt. Wir hatten uns sofort zuhause gefühlt, einmalig. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Haus (Wohnung) weiterempfehlen. Wem es dort langweilig ist, ist selbst Schuld, man könnte Bücher schreiben, über das tolle Angebot in der Anlage und Umgebung. Man wird gar nicht fertig. Das kleine Shoppingcenter - Promenade -, kann man sehr empfehlen, dort gibt es auch sehr gute Restaurants. Die Natur ringsherum ist sensationell, man weiss gar nicht, wohin man zuerst soll, wirklich.Wir waren insgesamt nur positiv beeindruckt worden, insbesondere auch mit dem Super-Kontakt zum Vermieter - wenn es denn notwendig war. Wir waren sehr angetan und begeistert. Man kann auch bei uns rückfragen, falls jemand Interesse hat. Wir können alles nur sehr loben, das ist bei diesem Urlaub gar nicht anders möglich. Wir wären am Liebsten dort geblieben, leider ist das nicht möglich! Wir wünschen jedem, der dort sein kann, einen schönen Aufenthalt, so, wie wir ihn haben durften.

Traumurlaub - gerne immer wieder!

Unsere Ankunft war perfekt vorbereitet. Schon von zuhause aus hatten wir einen hervorragenden Kontakt zum Vermieter, dem es extrem wichtig ist, seine Gäste in allen Einzelheiten auf ihr Feriendomizil und seine Umgebung mit all seinen Möglichkeiten vorzubereiten und zu informieren. So findet man sich vor Ort gleich bestens zurecht. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich eher ein Haus mit sehr viel Platz und Annehmlichkeiten. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt es einem an nichts fehlen. Man ist angenehm überrascht, das es noch viel schöner und luxuriöser ist als beschrieben. Besonders beeindruckend war der begehbare Schrank! Im Badezimmer hält man sich besonders gern auf - die riesige Duschkabine ist der Hit. Der gesamt Wohnraum ist gemütlich und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool ist 1 Min zu Fuß entfernt, der Tennisplatz 5 Min. Alles in dieser Anlage ist sehr durchdacht angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die kleine private Badeinsel, die zur Anlage gehört, ist wunderschön und wir genossen schon die Überfahrt mit dem Boot dorthin sehr. In der Anlage selbst sind keine Restaurants oder Bars, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Mit dem Auto - braucht man sowieso immer in Florida - ist man in 5-10 Min. in Restaurants (Bonefish Grill, Mel´s Diner), Bars, Supermärkten und einem sehr lustigen Minigolfplatz. Das Miromar Outlet darf man natürlich nicht vergessen - dort bieten viele bekannte Designer ihre Waren an - hoher Shop- Spaß-Faktor ! Wir können diesen Feriendomizil absolut weiterempfehlen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Sabine B. /Familie mit Teenagern

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Nachdem wir bereits 2010 einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Pelican Landing verbracht haben, stand für uns fest, dass wir weiterhin dieses Urlaubsziel aufsuchen werden. Die Vorteile dieser Region und insbesondere der Wohnanlage "Pelican Landing" wurden bereits mehrfach aufgezeigt. Auch wir können den Lobeshymnen nur zustimmen. Unsere diesjährige Wohnung war ebenfalls ein Traum. Sehr geschmackvoll, edel, modern und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet fühlten wir uns dort von Anfang an sehr wohl. Auch der Vermieter war stets kooperativ und zuvorkommend. Wer sich einen Traumurlaub gönnen will, kann ihn dort verwirklichen. Ohne Einschränkung empfehlen wir diese Wohnung weiter und wir wissen, dass auch wir dorthin zurückkehren werden.

In jeder Hinsicht zufrieden

Die ausgezeichnet gepflegte und vor Ort aufmerksam betreute Wohnung, mit tags- über Sonne auf der Terrasse, mit eigenem Hauseingang, mit großem,gut beheiztem Pool befindet sich in einer anspruchsvollen "gated area" in Bonita Springs, gegenüber einem gr0ßen Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und einem Kino. Bis Naples sind es mit dem Auto 17 Meilen. Wir haben diese Wohnung zum vierten Mal gemietet (in den USA haben wir bislang 24 mal eine Wohnung bzw. ein Haus ge- mietet, können also etwas vergleichen) und werden es immer wieder tun - es gibt keinen Grund, irgendetwas zu bemängeln, was der Eigentümer zu vertreten hätte. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (you get what you pay for !) betrachten wir als fair. Wir geben diese Beurteilung mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge weil damit auch die Interessenten (unsere Wettbewerber als Mieter !) mehr werden.

Hidden Treasures found by...

Hidden Treasures found by snowbirds from Germany After 10 years vacation in SW Florida we found an absolute highlight for our 4 weeks in prestigious Pelikan Landing - the most wonderful gated community in Bonita! The beautifully decorated town house in Palm Colony has a garage and bicycles and the screened lanai overlooking fountain and preserve. The house offers elegance and quiet, everything you need for a perfect rest. Pelican Landing is noted for its fabulous amenities. The pool is only a few steps away, there are miles of walking and biking trails, a lighted Hydro Clay tennis courts, and a canoe and kayak park ,all complimentary with our stay. Best of all is the spectacular private 34-acre gulf beach park ,complete with restrooms, a picnic area, chairs and umbrellas, also complimentary for guests in Pelikan Landing. The location of this wonderful vacation home provides the best of golf, restaurants, shopping, and beaches that Southwest Florida has to offer and all that only 20 minutes from Southwest Florida Airport. Hidden Treasures Als alte Snowbirds verbringen wir nun zum siebten Mal unseren 4-wöchigen „Winterurlaub“ an der Golfküste SWFlorida (Naples, Bonita Springs, einer der schönsten Ecken) und haben nun wohl den absoluten Goldklumpen gefunden: Die komplette Flora und Fauna Floridas, zentral, aber absolut ruhig gelegen, befindet sich in Pelikan Landing, eine der schönsten und gepflegtesten Anlagen in der gesamten Umgebung, die wir genießen durften. In einen riesigen Anlage - mit Golfgebiet, 33 Seen, Teichen, und dem Spring Creek Fluss - liegen die von überwiegend supernetten Eigentümern benutzten Wohneinheiten eingebettet und sind paradiesisch für Golfer, Angler, Natur- und Sonnenfreunde. Dazu gehören Tennisspielen, Laufen, Radfahren, mit Kanus kostenfrei meilenweit den Spring Creek entlang paddeln und an den Aktivitäten der Community teilzunehmen. Tagelang kann man in diesem veritablen Warenkorb eines Naturparks - einschließlich eines unwirklich-traumhaften Mangrovengebiet mit Manatees, gelegen an einem Park mit Schmetterlingen, vielen Seevögeln, Schildkröten und Alligatoren – verbringen ohne dabei die Sehenswürdigkeiten SW Floridas, die tollen Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, u. a. Coconut Point, gesehen zu haben. Die Urlauber finden eine wunderschöne, geschmackvolle, moderne, helle und großzügig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattete Wohnung vor. Die große Lanai bietet zauberhaften Ausblick auf einen See, Sonnenuntergang und Ruhe. Die entzückende Pool-Anlage ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen und zur Wohnung gehören Strandstühle und wirklich gute Fahrräder, die Gegend zu erkunden. Ein absolutes Highlight bietet der Bus-/Bootshuttle zu der exklusiven kleinen privaten Insel, die als Naturreservat gilt und von Rangern betreut wird. Nach nur 20 Minuten Anreise wird jeder Gast zu Robinson Crusoe und genießt Natur pur. Hier, in dieser wunderschönen, wertvollen Anlage und reizvollen Atmosphäre der Wohnung seinen Urlaub zu verbringen, bedeutet, einen Platz gefunden zu haben, den man so schnell nicht mehr vergisst. Die schönsten Wochen des Jahres.....

Wir hatten die Freude, einige Tage in 2008 in dieser Wohnung zu verbringen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. die Eigentümer haben sich bei den kleinsten Rückfragen um alles gekümmert. Die wohl neue Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Die Wohnanlage direkt am Golf von Mexiko (westlich der US41) wird bestens gepflegt und beinhaltet im Mietpreis viele Annehmlichkeiten: Segeln inkl. Segelunterricht, Tennis, Kanufahren, Boccia, Fitness, Privatstrand, Sonnenschirme, Liegen etc..... Der alten Baumbestand und die vielen naturbelassenen Flächen geben Einem das Gefühl, direkt in der Natur zu wohnen. Hier zeigt sich der Unterschied zu den zahlreichen Wohnanlagen im Landesinneren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt, edel und fein ist dies Condo!

Die komplette Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes war bestens. Die Eigentümer waren stets besorgt, damit wir einen ganz entspannten Urlaub genießen duften. Das Condo liegt absolut ruhig und wenn es mal etwas unterhaltsamer sein darf, geht man einfach 1 Minute entfernt zum Pool und kann hier auf nette Menschen treffen, die gern auch mal kurzfristig eine Poolparty ansetzen. Es wird dann nett zusammen am Pool gegrillt , geschwommen, getrunken ein bisschen gefeiert und wenn man will kann man hier neue amerikanische oder deutsche Freunde finden. Die Lage Pelican Landings ist erstklassig. Kurze Wege zur Coconut Mall, Miromar Outlets (sehr zu empfehlen) Beach in Bonita (Pelikane, Dolphins sowie Manatees kommen hier gern sehr nah an den Strand). Sanibel und Naples sind auch von hier aus schnell zu erreichen und immer eine Fahrt wert. An der 41. sind viele gute Restaurants, besonders empfehlenswert sind unserer Meinung nach das Cp.Nemo (Richtung Naples) sowie für ausgezeichnete Pizza und Salate das neu eröffnete aus Deutschland bekannte Vapiano. Einen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Condo in Pelikan Landing können wir nur empfehlen! Wir kommen jedenfalls gern wieder!

Easter holiday 2009

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo in April 2009. The description and pictures perfectly match reality. We felt very comfortable during the time we spent over there. The condo is well furnished, clean and well-maintained and doesen't leave any wishes open. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we took to explore the beaches around Bonita Springs. Shopping malls with restaurants and supermarkets are close to Pelican Landing.

Perfect place to be

We spent in summer 2008 there very enjoyable weeks. Perfect Location, very comfortable even for a long stay. Very valuable furnished in a top condition and staffed with lot´s of high tech equipment. The location itself inside Pelican Landing with its privacy presents a luxury spirit. Excellent facilities like tennis, fitnesscenter and waterfun. Housekeeping and the owner are vey professional. Congratulations to this perfect place to be. No question 5 stars.
