Apartment with 2 parking spaces, ocean view, and direct access to the sea. <br>

This apartment is located on the 4th floor with a great view of the magnificent wide beach, with private parasols and local bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has a large terrace and outdoor barbecue. Inside there are 3 good bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. All in very good condition and light colors. The pool area is safe and beautiful with a BBQ, ice machine, restrooms and playground for small children. There is a private garage with space for two cars. The apartment complex is guarded 24 hours a day for added security. The area is quiet and peaceful. A supermarket is located within walking distance. Many other shops can be found within walking distance and the cozy downtown Bertioga is less than two miles away.
