This was a wonderful place with all the amenities we needed. The host responded promptly our questions. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable accommodations, the beach chairs, and the pool. Everything was in great condition and nothing appeared worn out. It was just a perfect place to stay.

Overall we had a somewhat good stay. View was amazing! Now my negative:1. Dirty men’s underwear left in bedroom cabinet underneath TV.2. Stained pillow shams, as if they were not laundered.3. Rusted shower head4. Cords dangling underneath both TV’s with dated outlets. Potential fire hazard. Not a bad price for the view, however; it is a dated and not well kept apartment.

The Beach Resort is a perfect name for a property that sits so close to the Gulf of Mexico which honestly caught my eye immediately and so I purchased it!
Longboat Key is a barrier island yet close to the cultural center Sarasota and St. Armand circle offering fine dining and shopping for everyone's taste.
I invite and welcome you to reserve my property. I promise you the only issue you will have is having to MAKE YOURSELF LEAVE! LOL
