Welcome to your perfect Sunriver getaway! This spacious home offers everything you need for a memorable stay with family and friends. The main level features an open-concept living area with a stunning stone fireplace, warm wood accents, and cozy furnishings. The dining area seats 8, and the fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze.

On the main floor, you’ll also find a comfortable queen bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a king ensuite with its own private bath, another queen bedroom, a fun bunk room, and an additional full bathroom for convenience.

Step outside to a large private deck—ideal for grilling dinner on the gas BBQ, gathering with loved ones, or soaking in your private hot tub under the stars.

You’ll be just a short walk or bike ride from Fort Rock Park, The Village, and Sunriver’s scenic pathways. Three adult bikes are included for easy exploring.

Dogs are welcome too! (2 max, pet fee applies.) Need even more space? Book this home along with Alpine 3 so your entire group can stay close together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Very cozy home. We loved the fireplace and dining area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a thanksgiving dinner. This was the cleanest home I’ve ever rented in sunriver.

Great Sunriver Home for family gatherings!

We stayed at Alpine 7 to celebrate christmas with family and the house is awesome. Great space to spend time together and play games, watch the game, and do crafts!

Great for family retreat

We especially enjoyed the wood fireplace which kept us warm and gave us that cozy vibe while watching the snow fall outside. We also appreciated the kitchen being well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cooking utencils and pans. Also had fun using the hot tub. Appreciated being allowed an additional hour to check out on our last day.

Spring Break Fun

We had a great spring break stay with our friends from California. There was more snow than we expected but Sunriver did a great job maintaining the roads and paths. This home was clean and warm and we enjoyed the layout for our group. Thanks!

Overall great experience. It’s clear this is a rental investment property as nothing is updated with bare bone amenities. If your expectations are in line you won’t be disappointed. No SHARC passes.

Spring break family vaca

overall happy, cleanliness was great awesome bunk room for kiddos. Hot tub was clean impressed with the amount of towels available. Disappointed that wood was not supplied for fireplace. All 3 outside garbages were full upon arrival. Other then that we enjoyed the stay and would definitely return.

Convenience!!

This house has a lot going for it. Great workable floor plan, especially with teens, equipped well, Hot Tub! The updated furniture is great. Yellow jackets found us and the company came right out to deal with it, and offered to return the following day but it wasn't necessary. Our suggestions for further improvements were well received.

Our impression was that there was air conditioning- did not know the upstairs does not have AC. Hard for kids for naps when so hot. Seating in Living Room was lovely- we could all sit at one time. The property is very dated- carpet makes it seem dirty

Xmas holiday with family

5 adults total, each group of adults had their own restrooms. Everything except food/beverage provided. Very light on spices, bring your own. House was clean, warm, and dry. Very good experience, would rent again :)

Excellent spot

Delayed our trip for a few days because of the smoke but the house was great. Very clean and well equipped. Great hot tub. Especially enjoyed the three full bathrooms. Great location. Used the bikes every day plus lots of helmets. Would definitely rent again. As usual Bennington was very organized and helpful when we asked to extend another day.

We all needed a break and a scenery and this house was the perfect fit. Great location. Plenty of room for us to enjoy time together and time along. A hot tub that actually worked! Property management that was super helpful and timely with a flat tire on bike. Effortless week.

Quiet Memorial Day

The property is older, showing it’s wear and tear... but that aside, it was clean, comfortable, great layout, wonderful location... the hot tub has privacy, the deck was comfortable but had a lot of yellow jackets... definitely need some bug spray. The TV, game closet and just being in Sunriver made for more than enough great entertainment. Just be ready to be scalded or frozen by the shower depending on who else is using the water in the house and maybe bring flashlights, some rooms are pretty dark.

Sunriver- a Great place for family fun

Bennington rental was just as I expected. The home was very clean and ready for guests. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the bikes, hot tub and gazing at the stars late at night on a summer evening.
