A true cabin in the woods experience. This home has lots of charm with natural wood features, wood burning fireplace and an open concept living and dining area. The living space has cozy furnishings, cable TV and views of the common areas of the Ranch Cabins. The dining room has seating for 6 to enjoy a meal whipped up in the well-stocked kitchen.

On the main level you’ll find a bedroom with king sized bed and full bathroom. Head upstairs to find a queen bedroom, full bathroom and a loft with a twin+trundle day bed for additional sleeping space.

There’s a private hot tub for your use or enjoy a dip in the community pool. Hop on one of the bikes and take a leisurely ride around Sunriver or just chill on the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Whatever you are looking for, you’re sure to find it at Ranch Cabin 17.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Great Location - Old Cabin

The location of the cabin was perfect for getting around all of Sunriver (even on bikes)! The cabin was a perfect size for our small family but the living room furniture smelled like dogs and was old and mismatched.

Really enjoyed our stay

This was our second staying in a Ranch Cabin (we stayed in a different cabin a few years ago). The location of the cabins is great, and the amenities (specifically the neighborhood pool) make the Ranch Cabins a hit with our kids. Cabin 17 was very clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen, a nice hot tub, a BBQ with plenty of extra propane, and several bikes included. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

Relaxing home away from home

The house was very clean and wonderfully appointed with all we needed - kitchen tools, board games, towels, great selection of CDs and DVDs, bikes, comfy beds, and a relaxing hot tub. We would definitely stay at Ranch Cabin 17 again.

Great cabin. Not fancy, but it has the best appointed kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental. Even the frying pans were nonstick and of all sizes. Easy walk to a wildlife are and bike paths.

Post vaccination family gettaway

Pleasant cabin, very well equipped! Comfortable beds, great location. One small complaint, the furnace is loud, but at nite I turned the thermostat down to 55, and the bedding provided kept everyone warm. Unit description indicates 2 queen beds in upstairs bedroom but there is only one (this didn’t create a problem for our group of 4).

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our little weekend getaway. The house was really clean and comfortable. Bummed they didn’t have a lot of little things available, like coffee and creamer. Also, the pictures make it seem a little more woodsy and secluded, which isn’t really true. But we still really liked it.

Sunriver Thanksgiving

Great stay, the meadow house was very well outfitted. Television system needs to be part of the nightly and it was a bummer the fireplace did not work. Everything else was very well done and things do happen! We had a blast! The weather was perfect!

Cozy and Relaxing

Great house! The bikes and the bike trails were a highlight of the weekend. House was very clean and it was very easy to check in and out of the property. Why I gave 4 stars was because the houses were really close together and for me the living room TV could have been a little bit bigger. Otherwise, it was a great stay! Great weather! Relaxing and cozy get away!
