The Yacht club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a large heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.
Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.The whole apartment has brand new, extra shiny white porcelain tile.
Equipped with: fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, covers towels, bath mats, toothbrush holder, soap, tissues.
This is a non smoking apartment. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.
The living room has a 55' LED flat screen TV and a comfortable L-shaped sofa.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new top of the line stainless steel appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils.
Balcony with table and chairs.
The laundry closet has bi-fold doors, and keeps the full size washer & dryer (detergent supplied). Also included: an iron and ironing board, a low noise vacuum cleaner.
Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom suite has a full comfort king size bed and includes access to the walk-through closet and the on-suite bathroom. The suite comes with a 46' LED TV flat. The ceiling fan comes with a remote control and a computer desk with WIFI internet connection.

Beautiful Contemporary Condo in Heart of Aventura

Is perfectly decorated. The owners are Realy nice and only want to provide an exceptional experience to those renting their property. Great showers, comfortable beds, extensive kitchen, all new appliances. Everything is So beautiful! We really recommend it !

Good location, but property needs a little upkeep

The complex is in a good location and has a nice heated pool. The condo is quite nice overall as presented in the photos, except that there are mildew and old water stains on one of the bathroom ceilings and one of the bedroom headboards is falling apart, leaving lots of small pieces of debris on the sheets. These are obviously not new problems and should have been fixed before our arrival.

the best location

The check in process was a little challenging with the front gate guards that are overwhelmed with vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Plus we did not have vehicle fobs to gain entry until day 2 or 3. The apartment was the perfect layout and size for our group. Single beds are too small for a male adult and the sofa was dirty with stains. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels available for us. Overall the location of the apartment is perfect being very close to the mall and a short drive to sunny isles beach. Adriana was very responsive to our needs when we contacted her. We had an amazing time overall.

Wounderful apartment!

We had a really nice time in this fantastic apartment! Clean and with a lot of towels both for shower and pool. We did a lot of laundry in the new equipment, that was very good! We were 8 persons and it never felt crowded. We played tennis many times and stayed in the pool area a lot as well. I love to run so I often took the Aventura Promenade wich is 5 km, that was perfect! It is a little problem to walk to the beach, wich we want to do just to skip the parking problem. We walked over the bridge like the bicycles are allowed to do. Everything worked smoothly with the guards, security, when we came late in the evening. I really recommend this apartment! I will be back soon!

Spacious!

We had a wonderful time for vacation with our two toddlers and my in-laws and a nanny. There was plenty of space! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub on site. We loved the patio and it was a short cut to the car- which was super practical for us- especially when we came in all sandy from the beach. We liked going to sunny isles beach and parking here (19271 Collins Ave). It was family friendly and had a lifeguard, bathrooms, outdoor showers and we could get drinks at the Ramada’s pool bar. Having washer/dryer in the unit was so practical. Adriana was extremely helpful and responsive as well! We would stay again!

Attention to details

This apartment was exceptional, no expense was spared. The doors, cabinets and closets, all high end. The beds and furniture was comfortable. The host would answer the calls immediately. It is on main floor so there is a small porch surrounded by lush vegetation.

Everything about the apartment is fantastic! This apartment is clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and extremely spacious. This apartment is exactly as pictured and a wonderful place to stay. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and cares about her property and making sure everything goes smoothly. The unit is well equipped and has everything needed to be comfortable. Wonderful Place

The condo is just as you see in the photos. Very very nice & clean. There were 8 of us & we had plenty of room in the condo. The whole property is maintained very well. We had a wonderful time. The location is great !!. So much to do in the area. The owner was very nice & always quick to answer any questions we had. This was our first time using this service & it went very smooth.

Great Apartment, very convenient rental!

We stayed here for a little over a week with 6 adults 2 kids and it was fabulous. No complaints on the functionality of the house, very easy access and close to everything. We had most of the basics, loaded kitchen with silverware, cups, plates, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. We had cleaning supplies, soaps, many towels, even beach towels. The only minor issue was that shampoo was not included, neither tissues or dryer sheets. Overall it was a great experience and the owner was very nice and accommodating.

El departamento es excelente! tal y como muestra las fotos incluso mejor. Impecable todo y muy limpio. Super equipado para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. El condominio es muy tranquilo y de rápido acceso. Las instalaciones están todas funcionando y todo muy bien. Adriana muy atenta en todo, vino a recibirnos nos explico las funciones del departamento, cerraduras y demás detalles, estuvo en contacto con nosotros cuando se la necesito. 100 % recomendable. Beautiful Condo

The owner was very nice, also very precise on how she wanted her home treated. Everything was provided from toilet paper to laundry detergent. Aventura Mall was down the street ( Driving preferred) You will need a car to get around, there are close shops and banks, but too far to walk. The pool was beautiful. Mainly the condo was super nice, the pictures do not do it justice. I would return to this condo if I were to visit Miami again. plenty of space.

Family Vacation (Feb 13-Feb 20, 2016)

Thank you Adriana for a great stay. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect temperature and the property itself is very well maintained. Everything is very close in proximity (beach, shopping, walking the beautiful Turnberry Golf course path). Would love to stay here again next year. You won't be disappointed.
