This slopeside, Platinum, first floor residence offers a fireplace and sleeper sofa in the family room, a chef’s kitchen with double ovens, one guest suite with an attached bathroom, king size bed and fireplace. Additional features include a desk/workspace, washer/dryer, underground parking for one vehicle and easy access to the slopes from the private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate views overlooking the entry area and Highlands Lane from the furnished deck, and enjoy walking to Beaver Creek Village, complimentary resort shuttle service and use of an outdoor pool and hot tubs. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Great 1 bedroom with ski in/out access

I am usually booking larger places as I have a large family, however this was a trip for just me and my 2 boys so we took this one bedroom unit. I will say that a fair amount of my VERY favorable impression was in part because it was very economical and for good reason. It is in a great older ski in/out complex however this one bedroom is at the end of the hall and the only views are of the utilities and the street right in front of the lobby. I only say this for accuracy as we were there to be together and have ski in and out access which was maybe 40 steps down the hallway. Next to having it on your own back patio this I would say is the very next best thing. The unit is dated but I can see they are making efforts to update it. It is a large one bedroom that can easily sleep 5 people. All in all I was very satisfied because it was just what I was looking for. A reasonable place to sleep with my boys after easily accessable skiiing. And as a matter of fact I would consider purchasing it if it were for sale and priced right.
