With a picturesque ocean view, our top floor condo offers privacy, cooling trade winds and panoramic ocean vistas which a camera can't begin to capture. We could see sail boats on the ocean and whales’ out in the distance. Crashing waves, migrating whales and sunrise/sunset views are what you will see as you relax on the lanai or in the living space. Our unit is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath with over 1100 sq. ft. of living space. Master bedroom has king size bed, fully private en suite bathroom, and Air Conditioning. The ultra-luxurious, Cal king size bed, a top-of-the-line resort style mattress, is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. We use high thread count sheets. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and it can be converted to a king size upon request, and Air Conditioning. Ocean breezes cool you naturally as they are pulled through the living room sliding glass doors. The unit is designed to maximize privacy with the living and dining space on the first level and bedrooms on the second level. For your comfort, beach chairs, soft beach towels, and more are included for your days at the beach. This designer’s living room furniture is very comfortable perfect for laying back to watch the waves, listen to CDs, or watch cable TV. This brand-new Hawaiian dining room table with comfy chairs is your exclusive seat to spot playful spinner dolphins. On our large lanai are four chairs and 2 tables; you will be so comfortable; you may not want to leave. Seeing a rainbow, or the moon shimmering over the water will create lifetime memories. Recently upgraded well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes high quality new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. There is high speed wireless internet to keep you connected, master bedroom and the living room has its own TV with cable service. Beach chairs, soft beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, aqua shoes, snorkeling sets, and more are included for your days at the beach. Be sure to ask about all the beach amenities we provide. A full-size washer and dryer are also in the unit. Because we know you are probably tired and hungry after your long journey, we give you an 'Aloha Basket' with snacks and coffee, so that you can immediately begin to relax. The condo complex itself offers several amenities. There is a private swimming saltwater pool and heated spa central to your building. A lighted tennis court and a protected lava rock barbecue grill pavilion are also onsite. Poipu is on the Southern and sunniest point of Kauai. Poipu Beach Park is a short 6 block walk away. The surrounding lava rocks at that beach create a protected swimming area perfect for children. At the adjacent beach you can swim with sea turtles and boogie board. Surfing is also close by at the Hyatt and Marriott Resorts' public beaches and Shipwrecks Beach. A short ride or doable walk from the condo provides more surfing, snorkeling and wave boarding opportunities. Poipu also hosts an array of restaurants, shopping experiences and farmers markets.
