The host was very responsive. There was free parking and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable for four adults. The location was great and was very quite a peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.
Our stay was perfect! The condo was just the right amount of space for our family of 4, the location was great, communication was great, check in was a breeze, everything was clean and ready for us! Highly recommend!
Overall the stay was fantastic with a lovely sunset view from the balcony. The place felt like the right size for our group to hang out and enjoy Kauai.
Walking distance to Poipu and Brennecke's beaches. Had coolers and boogie boards which were appreciated ! We accidently left something in the condo and they were kind enough to mail it to us. Nice property - may stay there again-
Wonderful condo for our family of 4! Nice size, beautifully maintained property, and great location close to the beach. Parking was easy and the host communicated quickly and easily. Ac was a nice bonus, as well as beach chairs and coolers!
We were looking for a place near Brenecke Beach in Poipu and this place was the perfect distance away. A short walk (about 3 mins) and we were there. Great for running trails as well. The host was very communicative, even during a tsunami warning. The a/c helped as well during warmer days. We are sad to leave. Aloha and Mahalo!
Kauai was our last stop on our two week trip to Hawaii. Kauai was a perfect last stop for rest and relaxation and Poipu Beach was a great place to be. The condo is well located for access to the beach - about a block to the ocean. It was nice having the living space and the bedrooms on separate floors so people could sleep in without being bothered. We thought this was a great place at a great price - would recommend it strongly!
We enjoyed our stay at NiHi villas! The villa was perfect. The were very comfortable. We enjoyed our walks to the beach from villa and the grounds staff were friendly.
Condo is in great condition with comfortable seating and beds. Cold AC upstairs and in the downstairs bedrooms. Very short walk down the path to the beach. Check in and communication was great. Would stay again.
The place was great. Good location, walked to Brennecke’s beach several times. Condo was well-stocked with kitchen, bath and beach supplies. Beds were comfy and air conditioning was well appreciated. Boys enjoyed playing tennis. They really liked that they could walk to the beach.
We were in town for business and found the property managers very helpful. We arrived a little before check in time and they helped us check in early which was very helpful. Close proximity to the beach, loved the AC in the unit and the layout of the condo!
