Sea Star #2 (MCA 50020) - Meredith Lodging

Beautifully appointed and with unobstructed, panoramic ocean views, Sea Star #2 is an ideal place to stay with friends and family in Manzanita! Sandy beach and ocean surf are steps across the road out front and the main street of the village with its restaurants and shops is only three blocks away, giving your guests lots of things to do right out the front door. Huge vaulted ceilings in the great room look out to the sea, from Tillamook Head to gorgeous Neahkahnie Mountain. A wood-burning stove and lots of comfy furniture plus a stereo and a large flat-screen TV grace the second-floor living room; the dining room has the same ocean views and connection to the outdoor deck with a barbecue and dining furniture. There’s a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. The bedroom on this level has a queen bed and an outdoor balcony. Downstairs are two more bedrooms with full beds; one opens to a patio through sliding doors. If you plan to travel with a large group, the home next door, Sea Star #1 can also be rented and access doors on the second floor open for a double great room—perfect for a family reunion. Either way, you’ll love the stellar views and easy access to all Manzanita has to offer!

The views, amazing! And really appreciated the clean windows!! Love the deck off the upstairs bedroom, and the ease of access to the beach right across the street. And the 5 minute walk to downtown doesn't hurt either. Really hoping to stay here again soon.

It's great to hear the location and views were highlights of your stay, but I'm sorry that a few items took away from the experience. Our maintenance team inspected and repaired the garage lever and mechanism to ensure it opens smoothly. I also sent them your note about the wood stove, so they could get that serviced. I'm sorry about the maintenance team's delay in getting over to help you. When you called in late afternoon about the garage, our team already had a few urgent projects they needed to complete by the end of the day. Otherwise, they would have come promptly to help. I'm so sorry this wasn't better communicated to you by our team and I will address this with them. Thank you for calling these things out — please message us through the Vrbo app with any additional details so we can continue to improve.

The best location in Manzanita. Home was clean with views from all rooms. Had a very fast response when we let the management know the internet went down. Beds were comfortable. The only minor negative is some kitchenware needs to be restocked - lack of forks, wine glasses.

Great location in downtown Manzanita with commanding views of the ocean from nearly every room.

A terrific place to stay for your family. The house is laid out very well for our family of four. The house was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Comfortable and clean 90s era decor with updated appliances.and kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and comfortable home.

We couldn't have asked for better access to both the beach and the town. The fireplace was awesome for our rainy visit, the kitchen was well-stocked and the living area was especially comfortable.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Beach view and beach access excellent. One bedroom did not have a functional thermostat so had to use a space heater. Clothes washer in bedroom was very smelly.

Amazing lovely beach view from every window! Plenty of room. Great shades on every window and door, they work well and you can still see the sun setting. Large kitchen. Comfortable beds. Path to beach makes a 2 minute walk from your front door. We will stay again! Thanks
