Garage is available for tenant use, but NOT for vehicles.

No smoking, and no pets permitted.



CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS (unless pet friendly), NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS

Nice house nice location

Spacious especially kitchen/ dining room combo. Amazing location close to beach. Needs new TVs, indoor shower heads, and importantly master suite bed, Queen bed in second bedroom need new mattress/box springs. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise a good house good value.
