Fun in the Florida Sun

This home has everything one needs for a relaxing vacation: cleanliness, positive owner attitude, pool, and endless sunshine. The owner even accommodated our golden retriever. The development is very nice, although not gated, with a mix of houses and condos. Jogging trails, lakes, low traffic make it a walking favorite. Nearby coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. You can just order in and hunker down by the pool each and every day, if you wish, or get out and get some exercise!

Host profile image
I recently purchased this home as a future retirement home. I've been vacationing in Naples for years and the first time I visited the area, I fell in love with the area.

Why they chose this property

This property is on a quite cul-de-sac and a corner lot. The house has been remodeled with new tile, carpet, moldings, kitchen, appliances, and furniture. The pool and lawn are professionally maintained and meticulously cared for. This property and Berkshire Lakes has so much to offer. The neighbors are extremely friendly as well as helpful. Old Naples is only minutes away with fine dining and exceptional shopping.

What makes this property unique

You'll vacation in a house that feels like home. Berkshire Lakes offers a community club house with a heated pool, jogging path, tennis, and fishing pier. The house has a private pool, heated, with a coverd porch. All the furniture throughout the house is new.
