About this property
The Waves Sanctuary Apartment
One of only a small number of 3 bedroom apartments within The Waves complex makes it ideal for both families, friends or as a quiet romantic retreat.
The main bedroom consists of a queen bed with ensuite and a TV and sliding door to outside, making this an extra space to retreat to. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third has a single bed and a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top) making it perfect for the kids.
The fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances makes cooking a breeze and there is plenty of seating at the dining table for everyone. Enjoy a movie on the large comfy lounge or relax outside with a book.
Split system heating and cooling makes the apartment comfortable all year round and your own washing machine is provided for your convenience.
The communal BBQ with table is provided for all guests within the complex and is located just outside the front entrance of the apartment and there are additional bbq's in the park across the road.
There is plenty of parking within the complex and one designated parking space in front of the apartment.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
