Summary:

Sea Cottage has been renovated into a gorgeous holiday home perfect for the family, new kitchen, dining/lounge with three bedrooms 2 queen beds and two single beds one bathroom and two toilets close to Red Rocks Beach and a short drive to cafes, restaurants and shopping centre.



The property is fully fenced and pets are welcome, great yard for the kids to play safely, room for the boat as well and 3 vehicles. The large deck with bbq and setting is a lovely way to relax enjoy the garden and countryside vistas.



Please note that there is a minimum age requirement to book this property and we do not accept schoolies bookings.

A 15.5% stayz/homeaway fee is included in your booking



A $30 booking fee is required on booking





Linen is not provided except for the Grand Prix & Superbikes events.



A Bond of $650 will be taken on arrival

Lovely weekend getaway

A cosy, complete home just a few direct minutes drive from the main street of Cowes.Everything you would need for a visit to the island and appreciated we could bring our two small dogs with us. The front gate on the driveway closes to make the property secure for dogs. The third bedroom has a bunk bed rather than singles as expected, with double on the base plus single trundle, underneath. The trundle made it work for our group.Clean home with nice decor, felt like a home. Only note is no Wi-Fi and reception is not always the best, not a problem if on a proper little getaway. Easy check-in/out with keys from the office & good communication. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Thank you for a lovely stay in your coastal home. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was cosy, comfortable and quiet and only a five minute walk to the beach and five minute drive into Cowes. Our dog loved the fully enclosed yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to stay again.

Lovely beach house

Very comfortable beach house. Perfect for a family of 4-6. Beautifully decorated with beach theme. Kitchen very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans & appliances (apart from a decent knife). Was all very clean. Beautiful deck & well enclosed yard for the dog. Nice garden area out the front. 600m walk to the beach & about 2.5km from centre of Cowes. We had a great time and for sure we will rent the property again.

The house is beautiful, lot of sunlight in the morning. It has an amazing deck to have dinner or enjoy a board game in the afternoon. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and direct access to main roads. Very quite neighbour so it was nice to hear the birds in the morning.
