The features of this fully self-contained home include a tv/ Dvd, leather sofas, cd stereo, split system heating and cooling, an open plan living and dining area which is lovely and sunny with sliding door opening on to front verandah.
The fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking and a microwave has all needed to cook up a family feast.
There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet.
Accessed through the laundry is a good sized deck with gas bbq and outdoor setting, perfect for outdoor entertaining and the back yard is fully fenced.
Plenty of off-street parking is available for cars and boats.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
