About this property

Steps to 30A & beach with all the comfort of home including a washer & dryer!

Dogwood Dunes is our home away from home and we hope it becomes yours! Please come relax in this newly renovated and glamorously designed condo with a washer and dryer in the unit! Dogwood Dunes sleeps six with an adjustable, king size bed in the bedroom, two XL twin bunks large enough to for an adult to comfortably sleep and a queen pull out sofa. We also provide our guests with linens including bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach equipment including a beach wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler, beach toys and more! For those interested in renting bikes to travel to Seaside, Watercolor or other nearby beaches Big Fish Bike Rentals offers all our guests a discounted rate on bikes and baby gear rentals through your stay.
For indoor entertainment, we provide our guests with YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu on both TVs. The bedroom TV also has local cable television channels. Google home is located in the den and bedroom. Just say, "Hey Google" for daily weather reports, songs, joke of the day and more! Additionally, there is a wide variety of books, DVDs and games located in the den cabinet.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped views of Beachwood Villas property from our second story porch. Our condo is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwood Villas public beach access, meaning there is only a four minute walk between you and the beach! This affordable vacation home will not leave you wanting for more.

Thanks for such a fun stay. Super clean, super convenient, we have stayed twice and each time was wonderful. Great for a couple or family with small children. Walk to the beach is quick and safe with public beach access just across 30A.

Our stay at dogwood dunes was a very pleasant stay. Seagrove beach has a lot to offer to do. A must is to travel 30 A to see everything and visit all the beaches.

We are the happy Dogwood Dunes owners, Hunter and Lauren Fountain. We live in Georgia with our three sons and love our escapes to the beach! My husband and I grew up visiting the Florida Panhandle and feel very blessed to now be able to call it our home away from home. We hope all of our guests feel right at home as well!
