Unfortunately we were unable to stay here. We were contacted 2 days before check-in with a problem with the A/C unit. Evolve was excellent about refunding every penny and allowing us to pick another location. Hate we didnt get to enjoy this place as it looks amazing!

Great property

Stayed for a few days while visiting family in Captiva. The home had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood where we took walks and enjoyed the lake view from the pool deck. Communication was easy with the property manager. Highly recommend and we will use again.

Relaxing and Fun all at once!

This is my second stay at this property since last year and there is no doubt that we will keep coming back! I’m from Miami and it’s very difficult to find the tranquility my family and I find here. We enjoy our walks with our dog so much. The neighborhood is really nice and the neighbors are all friendly. As to the house, what can I say, you have everything you need. For us the pool is amazing!!!!! We spend almost ALL day there. Of course, we do pay extra for heating because the water does get very cold. I really recommend this beautiful home. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Getaway!

The house was beautiful! Our favorite part was the pool which we spent the majority of our time in. Excellent communication with the host. Do not pass this listing by, it's a paradise. There are some really good local restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and other shopping. And don't forget to stop by the water park

Went Above and Beyond

The property is absolutely stunning! My family and I had an amazing time cooking, playing games, and spending lots of time in the pool. We did have a couple of hiccups, but the property Manager Amy and the property Owner immediately responded and resolved the minor issues we experienced. I can’t wait to book another stay in this property! Thank you!!

Beautiful lake view!

The home is beautiful inside and especially outside! The pool and lake view was inviting each day! We loved spending most of our time on the pool deck, in the pool, and out on the dock! We had a very leisurely vacation here and throughly enjoyed the view!! I did not find the beds or sheets very comfortable. There were some lights that didn't work and the doors to the double beds room didn't completely shut. Overall we had a fantastic stay and truly loved the pool and lake!!

Winter getaway

We were grateful to find a home that was so clean, spacious & easy to settle into. Laundry facilities were a plus. Beds were comfy & walk in shower was luxurious. We spent hours enjoying pool, spa & views of lake & sunrises. Suggestions are few but would include extended spa hours, more beach towels, kitchen cloth/towels, directions for stovetop & ice maker. Wi-Fi username/password differed in manual & framed instructions. We recommend this home😎

Absolutely unacceptable experience – filthy, unsanitary, and uninhabitable.

We booked this property with high expectations through Marriott Homes & Villas, but what we walked into was nothing short of appalling. After a long drive, we arrived to find the home infested with live and dead roaches, stained and smelly linens, long black hairs in the beds, and a disgusting carpet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The overall condition of the property was filthy and completely unfit for occupancy.We did not sleep in the beds or use the bathrooms due to the unsanitary state. The towels smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke, and we only remained overnight because it was too late and unsafe to return home. We left first thing the next morning.Despite reaching out immediately, the property manager and owner were uncooperative, deflecting responsibility and offering pest control and late night cleaners but no meaningful resolution. We are now fighting for a refund, including the cleaning fee—which is outrageous, considering the home was clearly never cleaned to begin with.This was not only a ruined vacation, but a serious failure in hospitality and basic hygiene. We expected better, especially from a property listed under the Marriott name.Avoid this property at all costs.

If we are able to travel back to Cape Coral this will be our 1st choice for a rental.The House was absolutely beautiful. Excellent communication with the host. Beds were comfy depending on your likes ( King / Master is a harder Firm bed others are memory foam soft beds ) walk in shower was luxurious, We had no issue with Water temperature or pressure. We spent hours enjoying pool & views of lake. Quiet neighborhood where we took walks often with our little dog. We had an issue with AC and Master Toilet when we first arrived. Mrs. Wallace drove all the way to the house @ midnight to assist, the issue was out of anyone's control and was fixed the very next day. She was an amazing host and stayed in contact with us the whole visit. We would recommend this home. We didn't cook while we were there but the Stove was a cool looking touch screen. Suggestions are few but would include cooking and baking supplies. The living room has 2 couches and 2 recliners.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My family and I we so excited to stay here for our FIRST real family vacation in ten years. We arrived late at night completely exhausted after a 23hr drive... It took me less than 5 minutes to see roaches in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Thank goodness non of our stuff had been unpacked, We IMMEDIATELY left the house and called the property manager. She apologized and then had the audacity to offer a discount to stay there instead of an immediate refund. We ended up at a hotel for the rest of our trip (saved our vacation) which took us forever to find because everything was booked. It's been a week since "check-in" and I still have not received a refund... IN FACT I was told by the evolve rental company that I am not even garunteed to get a refund even after sending them numberous pictures of the bugs in the house!! I am so disappointed in this company on every level but, most of all disgusted that these people think it's acceptable to continue to rent this home out possibly ruining more family vacations!!

Not comfortable

The house was beautiful, but not comfortable. We sadly paid for pool heat. The hot tub was heated for two days then quit after the pool guy came. The pool never heated properly the whole time. It was too cold to get in. It actually was 87-91 degrees during our stay when the pool heat wasn't working. The temperature outside had nothing to do with it not working correctly. Also you have no control with heat for the Master shower. The shower faucet is hard to turn with arthritis in hands. It was bearable, but we couldn't wait to get home to take a hot shower. If you have arthritis in your back, this house is not for you. The Master Bed is hard. The furniture was very uncomfortable. I was excited to see recliners, but they were old, didn't operate well and were very uncomfortable. I had to pile pillows up to even get close to comfort. The washer never worked. A Knob on the door leading out back was messed up and hard to lock. The sliding doors did not slide easily and one didn't work at all. I think they need to clean them and add WD40. Some plugs in the house did not work. We never tried the grill. Young or in shape people might like this house, but not for older out of shape folks. We did not see bugs here on our trip in February. It was clean, but it had old carpet in master closet and bedroom. We noticed a few stains. I think this house needs attention before they rent it out again. It "could" be a really nice home with some TLC.

Too many issues

I will say it is a beautiful house, but the cleanliness was not up to par. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and full of hair and once the jets were on the amount of dirt coming out was disgusting. The water in the shower was always cold and if both showers were used at the same time, the pressure would go extremely low. They definitely need to repair their plumbing issues. The pool was dirty and we had to clean it with the dolphin. The water was cloudy. I also asked for the heat and never got to enjoy the heated pool nor the hot tub. No matter how high I tried to set it, the water was cold. The bathroom outside was dirty. We also found wrappers and garbage from previous guests. Hair on towels and dirty sheets. Definitely not happy with my stay.

Difficult Stay

Issues with the plumbing, spa tub broken, pool was not cleaned - debris from previous guest floating on the bottom, roaches in the kitchen. The home and environment outside needs attention, would not recommend. The property management fixed the plumbing but other issues are long term problems - save your money, go elsewhere. The lake is nice to look at but quite dirty.

Unfortunately I gave them plenty of time and opportunity to respond and make things right. The place is lovely however there were several reviews that I read in the past that I was hoping were taken care of prior to our arrival that were not.

The 3rd bedroom could use a paint job, the lighting is poor and there was a cockroach climbing the wall the first day. One later in the master closet. At least there was bug spray. There were no hangars in either one of the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom had no rugs so stepping out of the shower onto tile is not ideal. Lighting is poor there as well. The twin bedroom had a few things that were not cleaned up, bobby pins, broken balloon, small things. We spent most of our time outside which was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The fridge has a duel ice maker but the bottom one was not working. Most of this stuff was minor except the $ spent on the spa and if they were to fix these things it would be nice but wouldn't stay again unless they did and having no response was disappointing.

Comfortable home!

The week was cold for weather but the heated pool and spa were great! We did a lot of tourist things and the home was in a great location to head any direction to fun! Pine island - Matlacha - ft Myers beach - sanibel - captiva - Naples… and of course Cape Coral.

Nice place

This is a very nice house. Location is decent although right now there is alot of adjacent road construction which makes getting around a challenge. Only negative is the pool. I paid for 5 days of heated pool and only got two. The remote was "missing", and even after supplied the spa heat only reached about 83 degrees, which was not even lukewarm given the air temps. Unfortunate since we had planned on using the pool and spa every day and really didn't get any use out of it because it was simply too cold. If you are staying in the colder months, give some thought to whether you want to pay "extra" for pool heat or just skip the pool/spa altogether.

Nice Relaxing home with a Water View

Very nice vacation home for my family to stay for a few nights. The view is nice especially the water view. Just a couple issues like one of the toilets that made a squeaky sound constantly. The other small minor issue is that there isn't a stopper for the Jacuzzi, either bring your own or buy one I guess. All in all, still a great location to stay.
