very convenient to downtown, clean and well kept with very attentive owners.

This is perfect for 2 people or two people with a child. It's not posh and it does have stairs to access the condo, but it's also 1/3 the price of the other condos in the downtown area. The owners are extremely helpful and very close by if you have anything you need. We spent most of our time away from the condo and ate at restaurants which are close by so we didn't use the kitchen. There is a convenience store (OXO) about 2 minutes away and the taxis are equally as convenient...bus too for that matter. we would recommend this to any travelers who use the condo for sleeping or relaxing at night.

Great for travelers on a budget!

My husband and I booked this property for a month long stay in Jan-Feb 2017. We enjoyed our time there, and were pleased with the accommodations for the most part. The unit is very spacious, clean, and bright, and has a large patio space with a lovely view. TV and WiFi were great and the kitchen was well-equipped. Since we were there for a long period, we used the maid service for 200 pesos, or $10 per week, which was well worth the price. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and fresh linens were provided once a week. As is noted in the description, this property is not for the physically disabled. Access involves quite a few steps, but we looked at it as our exercise for the day! The location is an easy walk to the beach and to all the restaurants and shopping, but not right in the middle of the action, which was our preference. The biggest plus for us was the outdoor space provided by the large patio. The way it is positioned, you can enjoy either sun or shade during most parts of the day. Only a couple of negative comments-the living room furniture, a futon and a straight backed chair, are not very comfortable. Perhaps not so important for a shorter stay, or for those who mainly use just the bedroom and bathroom. Also, there was no hot water line to the kitchen sink, so we had to heat water to dishes. If these two concerns were addressed, we would give a 5 star rating for a great place to stay at a bargain price!!

Great quite and accessible vacation spot!!!

I spent 3 week in this apartment and loved every minute of the vacation. Booking was extremely easy with the owners and they greeted me at the apartment when I arrived. The owners also regularly checked in with me while I was visiting. The apartment is very clean and easily accessible to everything with a quick walk. I was less than 10 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the night life. And I felt extremely safe walking all over PV and back to the apartment. Also, they wifi worked great at this apartment. I highly recommend this place for the person visiting for 3 day to 3 weeks. PS. There is a great view from roof top of this building of PV.

wonderful

we had a wonderful appartement just like the photos even bigger, the place was clean and the host a was very helpful. The patio was a real joy to enjoy and the view breat taking. A must to rent
