We moved to Maine last year and bought this beautiful property that we use during the school year. My husband grew up in Maine and after 25 years of being out of this State we decided to come back to raise our 2 daughters believe that Maine is probably the best place to do this!

Why they chose this property

We decide to buy this property because it offers everything we were looking for: it's located in a great school district, it's a very safe close community, it's very close to a supermarket, shopping area and other attractions.

What makes this property unique

The property offers beautiful views of a golf course that is right in front of the ocean! It has a swimming pool just for the owners/guests of the Village and you can walk to the Samoset Resort and enjoy great food or use their SPA!
