Perfect Cottage

Cottage was perfect and clean. Plenty of room for people to come up and stay the night. Owners were amazing and responsive. The beach was only a 3 to 4 minute walk away. I would highly recommend.

Great location andC

Upon arrival, check-in and parking was easy. As we explored the house we were very pleased with the layout and how clean and tidy it was. The front yard was beautiful for sitting outside. The side yard with gate to keep all your beach things was also great. The location was exactly what we hoped for…easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you for a great stay!

Great placeand wonderful owners!

Wonderful place to enjoy family, beach, restaurants and everything york area has to offer. Owners were great and my husband loved conversing with them all week. They were wonderful, letting us have an extra space to park for my neice who was staying in Kittery, so they could go to the beach or on the scooters with us. Would definitely recommend and loved hearing the story of how Janice was born and raised in the house ext door where they still live.

Great location near Short Sands beach

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage just a short walk to Short Sands Beach. A heat wave hit while we were there, making the kitchen and TV room a little warm (the bedrooms all have air conditioning units). But the owners brought us fans to make it more comfortable. We walked each morning to the Nubble Lighthouse and spent most afternoons at the beach. The water was chilly, but our bravest family members swam (bring a float). Our favorite meal was at the Cape Neddick Lobster Pound. We took day trips to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We also went to Old Orchard Beach, but unless you have kids who really enjoy carnival rides, I would skip that trip.

7-8 minute walk to Short Sands beach, 10 minutes to several restaurants, shops, etc. Janice was helpful. We really liked the town and the beach, the house was OK.
