IMPORTANT INFO:

- Booking: Minimum 10-day advance notice required (association approval)

- Peak Months: February & March 2025 must be booked in full months

- No pets & no smoking inside unit

- No in-unit washer/dryer (community laundry available)

- Parking & HOA restrictions: Some vehicles (motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, oversized or commercial vehicles) may not be allowed — confirm prior to booking

- Pool cleaning scheduled for May 1 - June 5. No worries, there are two pools and 1 will always be open while the other is closed.

Xplorie Activities and Airport Transportation

-One complimentary activity per day: bike rental, kayak rental, dolphin cruise tour, or Ringling Museum admission

-Limited to one person per day; additional guests can join for a fee

-Round-trip airport transportation included for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation (driver tip appreciated)

-Activities subject to availability and change; non-cumulative and non-transferable

-Not available for stays of 25 nights or longer
