The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, oven, gas range, dishwasher, French door refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. The formal dining table seats 8.

Downstairs there is a 2nd living room perfect for the kids, with a custom rock wall and arcade console. Outside the sliding glass doors is the lower deck with the private hot tub.

The upstairs master bedroom with king bed, HDTV, and ensuite bath is the perfect retreat. Also upstairs, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares the hallway full bath. Downstairs, bedroom 3 hosts a queen bed while bedroom 4 is perfect for the little ones with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. Both downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with a single sink & walk-in shower.

Pets: 1-2 dogs up to 50lbs are allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
