Excellent stay at this lovely idyllic apartment. The Apartment is perfectly located to the beach - no more than 1 minute from the beach. The apartment is also located a short walk up to the harbour, which hosts some lovely reasonably priced restaurants (the Kalamari and Octopus is a must), a supermarket and a series of shops and a pharmacy. The apartment was clean and well stocked with all the necessities and comes highly reccomended.Perfect for a couple or individual to stay, to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. My wife and I had a delightful stay at the Nest, charming property very close to a lovely beach which has an offshore wave break of rocks meaning calm sea and if you snorkel out to the rocks plenty of marine life to see! The AC in the bedroom works very well for a good nights sleep and everything conceivably you would need you’ll find in the property. It also has a lived in homely feel rather than some holiday lets that can be a bit sterile. Thoroughly recommend for a stay on the island, and a great base from which to explore.

Fabulous apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in nest. It had everything I needed and just a short stroll down to the water, which was lovely. Gabrielle and Kim were both very helpful with any queries I had. Highly recommend for one or two.

Great little find

This property is excellent! The location is great so near the sea, for a morning swim . The beach is quiet and a lovely selection of restaurants in walking distance . The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need !

Great location very well equipped.

A great retreat for anyone who wants to unplug. Beautiful beach. Not far to restaurants and shops. After two weeks I did miss not having WiFi.

Home from Home

- but with the sun shining. I’m disabled and need crutches and/or a wheelchair to get around. I could walk to the beach. Flat Promenade to all restaurants. Beautiful secluded garden for lazy lunches. Everything you could need for a restful holiday. We will be back.

Amazing Place with nice hosts

ARSINOE 29 is an amazing place. Lovely locacted close to the beach. The home is arranged with love and quite some attention to bigger and smaller details. We enjoyed Cyprus also because of our home, which felt like a home for us during our stay. A big THANK YOU to our nice hosts. Being back in snowy Germany after 28-29 degrees on Cyprus, we are thinking already going back soon.. and if so, ARSINOE 29 is high on our list where we would love to stay.

Lovely little bolthole by the sea!

A fabulous stay with everything we needed for the perfect holiday for 2! Gabriele’s place was the best size and location for us while we were visiting Cyprus. Just a stone’s throw away from the wonderful Polis beach and a gorgeous walk along the boardwalk to nearby Latchi, the apartment is ideally suited to those who want to just kick back and relax 😁 The apartment itself has everything you could need and the little balcony is often where we found ourselves, Gabriele provided all the information we could possibly need to get there and the apartment itself. We would definitely stay again on our next venture to Cyprus! Thank you for letting us stay ☺️

Excellent property,every little detail thought of, we arrived and was plesently surprized how quaint authentic it was but we struggled with no air con in kitchen diner. (Air con bedroom) There is a fan, but not adequate in cooling the room down. Outside of the summer months this property would be perfect. Excellent location ,some lovely restaurants near by and the sea is in your doorstep.

New Experience in Arsinole

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Positives: • The accommodation is in an attractive setting, less than 4 minutes’ walk to the beach. It is well equipped, with useful items in storage in the garage. Space is adequate for 2 people with a usable balcony. The small garden is a pleasant place to spend time. • The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was most welcome as nighttime temperatures were often in the region of 28C. • There were a couple of issues; these were resolved promptly. • Value for money. Negatives: • The bed was comfortable, but it was too short for me even though at 1.86m, I am not exceptionally tall. Not an issue for everyone. • More of an irritation, is noise from the road to the rear which runs between Latchi and Polis, which is favoured by some locals over the main road. At the time of our stay, during the day there was regular heavy vehicle traffic from a nearby development. The range of vehicles using the road means that some level of noise intrusion continues throughout the day and can extend into the night. The road noise issue was advised by the owners, but only after the booking had been made, as a “weekend issue”, which, at present is not the case. Note: The apartment is in a small block on the 1st floor with its own covered parking space below. I had a small rental car which it was possible to park in this space, but practice would be needed to make this an easy operation; parking across the entrance to this space, does not impede others.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir können uns dem Lob und den Beschreibungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen. Trotz Hitze war es in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon angenehm kühl, die Klimaanlage haben wir kaum anschalten müssen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe petit nid d'amour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très joli petit logement, où l'on se sent de suite comme a la maison. Il est situé a environ 80 metres de la plage, que l'on aperçoit depuis la terrasse. Tout était parfait, l'emplacement un peu en retrait du coeur de village de Latchi lui apporte le calme. La route a proximité donne parfois un peu de bruit, mais ca n'a pas été pour nous bien derangeant. Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour !!!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ich hatte einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sauber und war schön eingerichtet. Das Meer war innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Ich habe die Vermieter nicht persönlich getroffen, trotzdem hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. In der kleinen könnte ich mich super selbst versorgen.ich kann das Appartement nur empfehlen.
