Welcome to The Pines of Apple Valley!

NEW FOR 2023, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AT THE PINES OF APPLE VALLEY!
Stay with us and enjoy our Christmas Majic from November 15th - January 2nd.

Apple Valley Guest Passes: Available to our guests for $50 flat fee per stay. The pass gives our guests use of the Apple Valley Pools, the Bennett Pond, three Beaches and Parks.

We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, Family Adventure Weekend, or just getting away from home for a weekend.

Each cabin sleeps up to Six Guests. Three bedrooms with: King Size Bed, King Size Bed, and Two Twin Extra Long Beds.

Each cabin has;
* Three bedrooms,
* Two full bathrooms,
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Living room with 50" large screen flat panel smart TV,
* 300mb, high speed WiFi Internet,
* Private deck.
- Pets are allowed if crated. $35 per night, per pet. Maximum two pets per unit. Pets are NOT allowed on Couches, Chairs or Beds.

- Absolutely NO Smoking of anything inside the units. Smoking outside is fine, please leave butts in outside grills.

We are next to the very popular and well reviewed, Apple Valley Golf Course.

Apple Valley Golf Course has a great restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.

The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call them directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property! Perfect for on site wedding groups and golfers.

Close to Kenyon, lots of space

We stayed during parents weekend at Kenyon. The space was very spacious and clean. About 10 minutes from campus. The beds were a bit soft but manageable. I would stay again.

A wonderful weekend getaway destination

Our stay at the pines at apple valley was near perfect. I only deducted a point on cleanliness because there were a LOT of ants in the kitchen. A few ant repellent/traps on the counters would be the only addition needed to make this a total 5 star rating!!

Really Nice Updates

We used to stay in these cabins every year, for years - but prior to this recent trip it had been about 7 years. The 'new owners' have done a fantastic job with the remodel and upgrades. The cabin is much more comfortable and clean, check in/check out is much easier and the location is as great as ever. Very excited to add this back to our annual calendar. thanks!

Amazing Birthday Weekend

Had a fantastic weekend in Apple Valley! The location is perfect! A beautiful area. The cabin was spacious and clean. It was very nice. It had all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and an infant. Don’t for get the dogs!! They had a blast too. The beaches even have pet friendly areas. There was also plenty of room outside for games. We played corn hole and croquet! The owner was super responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely look forward to a future visit. Thank you!

Nice condo, but needs some updating. Better lighting in bathroom, kitchen and living room would be good. Deck needs some refinishing. Not too close to grocery store or gas station, but nice area.

Quiet retreat

The property was clean and the place looks like the pictures on the website. Plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked well. Although we did not use it there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The only negative is that you have to drive about 10 minutes to get to the pool. If you are a golfer the location is perfect as you are right on the golf course. The area is very nice and we felt safe in the location. Nice place if you want peace and quiet.

Had a great weekend getaway with friends. Perfect location for golfing and about a 20 min drive to float down the Mohican river. The only complaint I had would be the enforcement of the quiet times. There was a bachelorette party in the cabin behind ours and they were partying a d popping balloons until 4AM right outside the bedroom window

The unit was clean, the hosts were receptive and prompt, but there are things that need updated or repaired. For example, the patios were functional, but weathered and some boards needed replaced. The best part for us was access to the lake.

Great place for a weekend get away. Our condo was a bit outdated but lots of room to spread out and we really enjoyed the back deck. The unit also provided everything you could possibly need which was a pleasant surprise. Would defiantly return if staying in area again.
