A slice of classic Napier, filled with character and ready to host your fuss-free escape to Hawkes Bay - Welcome to Leica Stay and Walnut Flat!

This cottage is sunny and warm, furnished with comfortable and reminiscent decor creating a relaxed atmosphere ideal for recharging the batteries. This is a great spot for the whole family.

Equipped with all the essentials including WiFi to keep you connected, a smart TV in the lounge and another in the studio to keep everyone entertained, air conditioning to set your perfect temperature summer or winter

This lovely classic villa is in a superb location just a 12-minute walk to Marine Parade and the ocean front boardwalk. Wake up in the morning and head out for a morning stroll, stopping at one of Napier's great cafes along the way. You'll love being on one street back from the main strip of shops, a supermarket and plenty of dining options.

The two king single beds available in bedroom 2 can be put together to make one king bed upon request, please advise at the time of booking.

Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Great location, was clean but one bedroom wall had water stains. The whole house had a intense musty smell. A lot of flies. Beds were comfortable one of the duvets were stained. Backyard was incredible!! We did not use kitchen as the smell was intense. A lot of money for condition of property. Would benefit with a freshen up.

Charming yet disappointed

Was a very cool place, art deco, full of character. Ants on the bench when we arrived so slight cleanliness issue upon arrival but nothing fly spray couldn't fix. Shower is lackluster feels like you are being dribbled on and its either burning or luke warm. finally rooms and sleeping arrangements need to be better explained on the listing. Main house has 2rooms 1x double and a room with 2x singles, Then 1x exterior room outside (No bathroom so you have to go outside to either the main house or flat during the night and in all weather conditions to use a bathroom). Then another 2 singles in another flat with bathroom. For me a few things fell short of expectations.

Six men on annual golf trip. Property comprised 6 beds, 2 x dbles and 4 x singles. Property has great indoor outdoor capability with covered outdoor socialising area. House is not new or modernised, but is clean, functional and in a great location.
