Beautiful kitchen has custom-designed 7 foot slab parota hardwood table surrounded by built in benches and custom-made Sunbrella cushions. Plenty of room for the entire group to dine together. Kitchen sink built into cement countertop, with views of the pool and ocean that are steps away. Kitchen has all new amenities – stove, coffee maker, microwave and full size fridge to keep the limes fresh, cervezas cold and tequila chilled.

The second floor master bedroom has a luxury king-size bed and adjacent daybed perfect for a child or an adult afternoon siesta. Beautiful views of the ocean from this corner room. Open any of the three large double-paned windows to get those ocean breezes. Or close the windows such that the AC keeps the room comfortably cool. Second bedroom has three new twin beds (or have us push two together for another king). Both bedrooms share bath with newly custom tiled glass-enclosed shower.

But the highlight of the second floor is the open air “living” area with large L-shaped wicker couch that sits on the beautifully stained concrete floors. The overhead ceiling fan keeps the air moving though it’s rarely used as there are constant breezes from the palm trees that are literally close enough to touch. It’s the ideal place to gather and share laughs, play games, have afternoon cocktails or simply watch from the perfect spot as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean and adjacent mountain tops. And be careful not to get too comfortable in the couch corner. Between its comfort, mesmerizing surf and tropical breezes, you may find yourself in the same spot the next morning…

Ideally situated in the oceanfront Villas Palmar Condominium complex on the preferred, residential north side of town, the only noises you will hear are the Pacific’s surf breaks and the swaying palm trees. Yet despite its Zen, peaceful beachfront location, restaurants are just outside the condo gate. Otherwise, stroll five minutes via the street or beach to the Mexican charm of Sayulita’s small town square, where you can mingle with the friendly locals, find a bite to eat or a cerveza to drink, do some yoga, get a message or browse at the shops, galleries and local outdoor markets.

25 miles north of Puerto Vallarta airport. It’s a beautiful 45-60 minute taxi ride through Nayarit’s lush mountains. Or, walk across the airport’s pedestrian bridge and immerse yourself in the Mexican culture by taking the local bus. Either way, someone from our team will welcome you to paradise we call Casa Palmar.

All bedrooms are air conditioned. Wi-Fi added throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas, Tommy Bahama amenities, 600 thread-count linens and plush towels for post-shower comfort all included. And Azucena, our wonderful housekeeper, will be there five days a week to keep Casa Palmar looking spectacular. Guests also have access to one parking spot and the beautiful oceanfront condo pool.
