There is a dining room as well as bar stools for your dining pleasure. The contemporary kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and brand-new slate appliances. Estancia is a brand new complex in Green Valley a heartbeat away from St George or Santa Clara. Now open with new pickleball courts, hot tub, and a large pool and basketball court. Across the street from the condos are hiking and biking trails to explore!

The hot tub was closed the entire time we were there for planned maintenance and we were not informed till we got there. Two of the tvs are too old and the apps no longer run on them rendering them useless.

Wonderful stay!

We were only in town for three nights but we had an incredible stay! The unit was spacious and clean, the pool was an easy walk away and there were trails to hike just across the street! Would highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay!

Stella’s was an amazing place to stay. We like to cook our meals rather than eat out and this was the best stocked kitchen ever! I told my family we should book this place for Thanksgiving- it’s that good! The apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the pool and had fun playing pickleball. We will stay here again in the future!
