This water front home availability in 2020 from February 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020, or longer.
This is a 60 days minimum stay.
You may stay longer then March 31, 2020, but not less.
Lakefront house on 1/2 acre lot. Lakefront house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, well equipped kitchen and bath amenities, screened in patio, gas grill, lawn furniture, large yard, and beach and lake access.
Has a gate with lock at end of driveway, get fishing, swimming, and water activities, orange groves across the lake, Florida Natural Orange Juice is 5 miles on I-27.
Nestled into the hillside of quiet Blue Lake is our waterfront home. The fragrance of orange blossoms sweetens the southern air. A view of orange groves and approximately 20 homes across the lake. Relax outside to the peaceful sound of waves washing in. White sandy shore line is visible, the water is clear not murky. Each evening at dusk the sun sets across the lake, beautiful, awesome, can't say enough!
Our house is fully equipped with everything a vacationer would need, and more. Kitchen includes; all the normal things, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mixer, blender, cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, mixing bowls, foil & plastic wrap, dish cloths & kitchen towels, napkins, paper products, sorry no dishwasher. Bathroom includes; tub with shower, towels-bath, hand, washcloths. Sorry no washer & dryer, but there are sheets for 2 twin XL beds or 1 queen bed, comforter, pillows, blankets.
The beach is in your back yard, (Mother Nature controls water levels in Florida lakes, we make no guarantee on water height, which effects the beach area). You can enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, lots of birds in the yard, Sandhill cranes, herons, ducks, egrets, marsh hens, eagles across the lake in the orange groves. If you own a motor boat or ski boat you can keep it at the dock. We do not rent our boat lift. There is no public boat launch, only residents can get on the lake, you launch from your backyard. A 4-wheel drive is recommended for launching a ski boat.
Equipped with central heating and air conditioning. New high efficiency air conditioner April 2017.

Why they chose this property
For the white sand bottom lake with no public access.
What makes this property unique
Love the bird life on the lake, eagles, marsh hens, herons, ibises, ducks, owls, egrets and more. The ibises and there babies hang out in the yard. Blue Lake is a white sand bottom lake, and the water is blue, clear and clean looking. I'm a northerner who feels very comfortable skiing in the lake. Also, there is no public boat ramps or public access to Blue Lake, making lake privacy is really nice. . It not huge, but a nice size, about a half mile long. The lands around the lake are big homes and orange groves. Florida Natural Orange Juice plant is just down the road. Early spring is when the orange blossoms smells the strongest, but you can still enjoy faint aromas all year.
