Just a 2-minute walk to the Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley) ski slopes and all the amenities of the Village, the Tram Condominium #3 is beautifully remodeled and ideally situated in the heart of Olympic Valley. Park your car upon your arrival and you won't have to drive it again! Walk to skiing, restaurants, bars, groceries, spa treatments, and more. Set down a quiet road, this is the perfect spot for someone who wants to have quick and easy access to all of the Squaw Valley amenities, but prefers to be away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the Village.

walking distance to Squaw Valley lifts

This unit was in the perfect location to ski Squaw Valley! 3-5 minute walk to the lifts (short enough to do in ski boots). It was a good size for our party of 4 adults. Very clean and kitchen was well-stocked with cooking gear. We had ample parking at the condo in March. Our only complaint was that the heat was off when we arrived. It took about a day for the unit to fully heat, and we were freezing the first night. I hope this will be addressed for future guests.

Great location, easy communication

Very easy to get in (keybox with code). A quick walk to the lifts (this is probably the most important factor for us when booking a ski rental). Owner responded quickly when we had a minor issue. This was our first trip to Palisades. It was a huge snow week in an unbelievable winter, so the snow was amazing... but that also meant lots of lift closures and even a shutdown of the whole resort one day. Still, KT-22 may be the best lift in North America for advanced skiers and it stayed open, so we had plenty to ski. Even with 5+ feet of snow, the small parking lot was cleared pretty regularly. Great stay.

We love the patio view of the mountains. Had Two great hikes from the front door up Granite Chief trail and Shirley Lake Loop. Easy access to West Side of Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River.

This was our second stay. We returned because the condo is comfortable and the location for skiing is ideal. Just a short walk to the Wa Shi Shu lift. Having a full sized washer/dryer was essential to us. The kitchen was well equipt. The host, Laura was responsive and friendly. We’ll be back!

Just what we needed

Perfect condo and location. Friendly neighbors and wonderful property manager. We were there during all the smoke from the Dixie fire and the condo was so well insulated it stayed cool and smoke free. Laura was also just wonderful to work with and super responsive. Enjoyed our stay!!!!

Updated condo rocks

Great location to walk to village and lifts. It’s so great to park your car and not have to use it again. The inside of the condo is totally updated and has cozy beds. We came the weekend when the lifts and entire village shut down because of the coronavirus and it was a major snow storm shutting down 80 and other roads. The owner kept in constant touch with us, even offering a free night if needed because of the insanity of happening up here. I’ll definitely be back when the resorts open again.

Spent a weekend in the condo with friends. Owner was extremely well organized and communicative. She made sure we were able to make it back from Squaw during the storm. Location is fantastic, 5 min walk to lifts and village. 1st floor unit, clean, warm, everything works.

Very nice!

Super clean and comfortable. We stayed the weekend our son participated in the Spartan Race. The location was perfect! Walked one block to the Village and all of the race venues. Very quiet at night.

Property in outstanding conditions and with great location

The apartment is in perfect conditions and is very confortable for 6 people. All the apartment furniture and equipment is clean and confortable. Additionally, it's very close to the center of the village and lifts. The fact that the apartment is at ground level makes it very easy to enter and exit without having to deal with stairs. I did not gave five stars because that parking area is outdoors and the building administration is not very effective removing the snow after storms. I had to use the shovel more than I expected.

Traveled as a family of four and this condo wad the perfect place for us. Great kitchen to cook meals in, comfy beds to rest weary bodies in after a long day of skiing and easy access to lifts and town square. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful Condo in Great Squaw Valley Location

Laurie has a beautiful condo just a short walk from the lifts of Squaw Valley and the Squaw Village. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay for a few days. We never got in our cars, we just walked everywhere. Everything was first class. High quality towels and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen, nice large dining table for family meals, ski locker by front door, heated floors (REALLY!), and lots more. She also owns the unit next door, so, we had our friends rent that one! Communication with Laurie was great. If you're skiing at Squaw, this is the place for you!
