Romantic Oceanview Guesthouse. Steps from the Beach!

Just a two minute (75 yard) walk to beautiful Kailua Beach using our private beach access! Air conditioning and Wifi included.

This lovely 'hawaiian-style' 700 square foot studio features vaulted ceilings, a large tiled bathroom and a kitchen, as well as beautiful wood flooring throughout. It has a partial ocean view with nice trade winds on the private slate lanai. On-site parking is included.

The studio is detached from the main house, separated by a large yard and located upstairs above a garage. It has a private entrance and no shared walls. Nicknamed 'The Treehouse' due to the many surrounding trees and island-style landscaping.

Walk to historical Kalapawai market, Bob's Pizza, and Island Snow Shave Ice. You will feel like you're in paradise, surrounded by tropical trees and plants of all types.

Lovely beach cottage

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on but it didn’t bother us too much. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a private beach access and close to Island Snow and Kalapawai Market. We would stay here again!!

The Treehouse is in a great location, with close proximity to the beach and shops. Great jumping off point for island adventures or for just relaxing on the beach right out front. Will definitely be back!

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the quiet and beautiful space, and the closeness to the beach. This guesthouse has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom, so is even nicer. We look forward to staying there again!

DREAM LOCATION

We can't say enough good things about the 'Treehouse'! First of all it is the absolute most prime location, being able to walk to our favorite coffee and breakfast spot was such a treat. The space was also so clean and had all the beach gear you could ever need. We loved having the balcony deck area to sit out and relax after walking just feet to the beach everyday. Could not recommend enough, we will be back soon!

This is the perfect spot.. you are steps from the beach in a quest little back street. Kalapawai Market is 100 yards away as is a little spot with great food. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is all locals. The place provides excellent value!

Tree house at Lanikai

Our stay in Lanikai was incredible. The neighborhood, property and room were excellent. The relaxing and calm beach a stones throw away, as well as food and shopping. Our hosts were accommodating and attentive, ready to answer any question immediately. It was such a fun and romantic stay, we loved every minute and highly recommended choosing this for your next getaway.

Comfortable above garage apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Kailua. Easy beach access. Walkable to markets. Access to the walking/bike path that connects Kailua Beach to Lanikai Beach (1.1 mile walk, paved). Great sunrise views! Responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood.
