The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast before the trails, packing a ski day lunch or sharing a relaxed dinner at home. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo, making longer stays and wet weather adventures a little easier.

The private bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge after a full day outside. The home has one full bathroom.

OUTDOOR SETTING

Step outside into a peaceful landscape of towering evergreens, forest paths and the sounds of the nearby Nooksack River. A trail begins near the condo and leads through the community toward the riverfront and surrounding forest.

The corner location offers a quieter, more tucked-away setting than many traditional resort stays. During warmer months, the surrounding trees also help keep the condo naturally shaded and comfortable.

For more information, stop by the front desk.

The Neighborhood:

Snowater Resort is a peaceful 20 acre mountain community tucked between the Nooksack River and Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Surrounded by towering evergreens and more than 1,000 feet of riverfront, it offers a quiet setting with trails, bridge crossings and forest paths to explore.

Guests have access to two clubhouses with heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a cedar sauna, fitness facilities, game rooms and a variety of indoor and seasonal outdoor sports courts. Outdoor gathering areas, playgrounds, charcoal grills and riverfront picnic spots make it easy to enjoy the community without leaving the resort.
