About this property

Nice apartment near the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious and sunny terrace with dining table and loungers. The complex has swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary for the comfortable stay, air conditioning and safety box and sofa bed ( sutable for 2 person) in the living room.

Also we can offer you a cot and hight chair for your baby.

The complex is situated in the quiet place, though close to all the amenities like bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. The nearest beach is in 400 m approx.

The cost includes linen/towels, final cleaning, electrical and gas usage.

We also have other apartments of similar characteristics available to rent.

You need also to pay the security deposit from the card in arriving day (300 euros or the equivalent in another currency) which is to be returned to you during 7 days after your check-out day.
