House is on a quite street fully furnished:
Kitchen with Fridge and ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Convection Oven, 4 gas burners, Coffee Maker.
Living Room with Samsung TV, Fios Cable Surround Sound Stereo controlled via Tablet, Spotify, Wi-Fi included, Fireplace.
Bedrooms have queen beds, plenty of storage.
Deck has 49" TV, Outside Beverage Cooler, Gas Grill, Outdoor Shower, Fire Pit, Outdoor Music controlled via Tablet.
This is on a quiet street with Priscilla Beach access, which is a private beach for residents of the area. The back yard is all fenced in for your pets to be safe. The deck of the back of the house has ample deck furniture with a grill, 49" TV, Beverage Cooler.
6 - Chickens are kept at this house that will provide fresh eggs daily for your use. Feed and Water will be provided by the owner as needed. Enjoy the fresh eggs for breakfast.
A fire pit with seating is in the yard, ample fire wood is stacked for your use.
The home is equipped with Central Air Conditioning controlled thermostat controlled. This is a great feature after spending the day at the beach and coming home to a nice cool house.
FIOS TV is connected to the 55" TV in the living room and the 49" Outdoor TV for viewing on the deck.
The fireplace in the living room is not recommended for use during the summer months. The mantle of the fire place has a Beach built that you can add any shells or beach glass that you may find on the beach. This provides ambience of this beautiful beach house.

Our stay was just not long enough. The cottage is adorable and fun. The owner was great explaining everything to us. And the location was awesome, so close to the ocean, just a few steps away, was very convenient for us and our yellow lab who enjoyed herself too. Cannot wait to go again.

Don was wonderful and very welcoming . The property was amazing. My son loved feeding the chickens and getting fresh eggs for breakfast everyday The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Sweet Plymouth Cottage

Beautiful area!!!! We loved the sweet cottage from the moment we stepped inside. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Very comfortable bed!!! The sweet chickens were a plus and fun to watch. This was an adorable house and served us well for the few days we were in Plymouth. The host Don is very kind. He took the time to show us around the property and all the the fun amenities that it offered. The walk to Pricilla Beach was two minutes and the beach was wonderful. Thank you Don!!

Better than the pictures

This little beach house was perfect for the weekend. It has plenty of comfortable seating and comfortable beds. We loved using the back patio to grill and watch football on Sunday. Plus the chickens were quiet and cute to visit. Our only oops was not realizing there isn't an oven before grocery shopping, so note that before your stay.

Britt was a wonderful guest. They were the only guests that I did not greet personally. I would have been able to show that the microwave has a conventional and a convection oven feature. Hope you will have a chance to stay again next year.

Amazing stay! I enjoyed my time here so much. The living room is so cozy and comfortable. House comes with everything you need so feels like your staying at a family’s house! Also the beach is BEAUTIFUL and an easy healthy walking distance. I took trips back and fourth all week no problem. Also, the chickens were so fun too and laid really yummy eggs! Can’t wait to come back and make more memories!

Beauty near the beach

Very clean and comfortable house. Pictures don’t really due it justice. Don was attentive and considerate. 3 minute walk to beach. The outside space is very special with surround sound and cute chickens. We loved it and would definitely consider staying again.

A slice of heaven !!

We had the most amazing two week stay !!! During our time we walked the beach two times a day, took a ferry ride to Nantucket, Zip lined in the White Mountains of NH, visited with family, shopping and took a whale watch!! This location is just amazing ! Don, the owner had everything you could possibly need !!!! He was so thoughtful in planning for his guests!!! He met us the day of check in to inform us of how everything worked and where to find everything ! The live chickens provided eggs that were delicious for breakfast !! The fenced in yard was such a great feature for our little golden doodle ! The beds were super comfy!!! The outdoor grill was great to have as well ! Just a superb stay .. could not have asked for anything better !!! Thank you to Don for his amazing hospitality!!!! We will be back !!!

Exactly what I needed and more!

Don was an amazing host, greeting me and showing me the home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The short walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes, and I was bringing my dog. Every night we (my dog and I) had dinner on his beautiful deck. The chickens are great! Don has thought of everything and then some! I highly recommend this retreat into beach bliss!

Fantastic stay/location

This was my family’s first vacation since we had our son and it was fantastic. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. An added bonus was the chicken coop with 5 lovely ladies. They gave us fresh eggs to eat every morning. Our son loved to say good morning to them each day. Close walk to the beach and short drive to downtown Plymouth. We would totally stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Family memory’s

Don was a fantastic host, his home is comfortable and relaxing with everything you need plus a lot. The yard was fantastic for our dog. Spending all my summers as a kid on this beach and on this street it was such a treat to be able to stay in this neighborhood again and remember lots of old memory’s and make a lot more new ones!

Perfect summer vacation spot

I stayed last summer around my daughter’s 4th birthday. 4 of us plus our dog, Manny, had an incredible time there. The porch, the beach, and the host were as good as it gets.

I have lived here for 15 Years and have recently retired. I have purchased a Motor Home and have plans to travel the United States during this summer which makes this quaint beach home available for rental. A trip to Juneau, AK is planned; as my youngest son is living there and this will be a great time to make the trek to visit him.

Why they chose this property

This place is a perfect spot for your summer vacation. Plymouth 400 is being celebrated during the summer of 2020. There are many activities scheduled in Plymouth during this summer to celebrate the 400th year since the arrival of the Pilgrims.
Priscilla Beach is considered one of the finest beaches in the area. It is located this side of the Cape Cod Canal where traffic delays to cross over the bridges in the summer can be up to an hour delay. The fine restaurants in the area close by along with many seafood choices for your summer dining.
A driveway for parking 2 vehicles and a spot on the street for one more vehicle is available.

What makes this property unique

Cleaning services are available for extended stays, the place will be cleaned after your weekly stay for no additional charge.
A home handyman is available on call. He is being paid a retainer for this service and is available if anything were to happen where his services will be needed. His time and materials will be paid for by the owner.
A lawn service has been contacted for mowing the yard this is performed on a weekly basis. You will be notified on the day and time of this service upon your arrival.
All of these services have been established for your worry free stay on your summer vacation.
