In the heart of one of the most legendary & charming seaside villages on the Côte d’Azur, St Jean Cap Ferrat, home to kings, legends, and now, you, lies the ideal getaway.
Beautifully renovated, very spacious and well appointed 1 bedroom apartment is ready to host 1-4 adults (plus baby).
Located on a quiet street in the center of town. The biggest of the four St Jean beaches is only 100 meters away. The cafes, restaurants & supermarket are equally close.
And with ice cold AC in every room, very strong WiFi, a TV with French & International channels, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden and beautiful scenery, this is truly a heavenly getaway.
Including: 1 bedroom with double bed and pull out couch (double bed size) in living room. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Living room with large dining table, large flat screen TV with French & Int'l channels. Strong WiFi. Bath towels, kitchen towels, fully stocked kitchen and washing machine included. Baby equipment available - crib, bedding, high chair, stroller. FREE GARAGE PARKING INCLUDED!
Located between Nice (5km) & Monaco (10km). A quick 18km from the Nice AIrport. Villefranche-sur-Mer & Beaulieu-sur-Mer are a short picturesque walk. 4 beaches in St Jean and many more in surrounding towns
