Our condo is perfectly situated on the 2nd floor directly overlooking the lazy river. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, waterslide, kiddie pool, fitness center and beach are all just 1 floor away which makes coming and going to make lunch, refill your cooler, grab an extra towel, etc a total breeze. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. This condo easily welcomes extended families or groups of friends for that idyllic beach vacation. Professionally decorated yet comfortably furnished you'll truly feel on vacation.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a SMART 50" HDTVs in the master and 43" SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has two Queen beds, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10. We also have just put in new balcony furniture, a table with seating for 6 and two teak steamer lounge chairs.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
