The Space:

Set beside the first tee of the Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-level home offers inviting spaces designed for gathering and unwinding during Whistler’s winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, featuring a Wolf gas range, generous counter space, and a center island that keeps everyone connected while cooking. The dining area seats eight beside wide windows overlooking the snow-covered fairway. When weather allows, the patio remains an extension of the living space, with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating ready for crisp mountain air breaks between courses or hot tub sessions.



Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, TV, and a private sundeck with mountain views, along with a jacuzzi tub and glass-enclosed steam shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with a shower ensuite, while the third features a king bed and a bathtub-shower combination. The fourth bedroom is arranged with bunk beds, a TV, and a relaxed lounge area. A powder room on the main floor adds convenience for shared spaces.

Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, and the home includes safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a safe. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
