New Listing! Beachside gem, newly remodeled & redecorated

Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the 3rd floor was beautifully renovated in 2019. All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps).

Safety to our guests:
*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

The owners also have three other condos at the Tiki condominium complex that have surf and beach views, unit 130 (listing # 4085924); unit 220 (listing # 4436961); unit 226 (listing # 3938030). This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island STR Permit # 2023-0776.

We are a family of 4 and we had such a wonderful trip to South Padre! Our host was excellent and very communicative. The condo was so beautiful and clean! The beach access was top tier and the water was beautiful and sea weed free! Had a GREAT TIME…we will definitely be back!

The condo is very nice and clean with easy accessibility to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Be prepared however for a bit of a workout (stair climbing) if you stay above the ground floor since there are no elevators. We will be back.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay and such a hidden gem. Here are some things to consider that I would’ve liked to know before staying:-empty the humidity drip pan during the day and before bed (don’t wait for empty light). Nothing like waking up in the middle of the night to it being full/almost overflowing. -there are some noises at night that might wake you up. Sounded like people coming in and out of their places. -owner has some beach supplies there (beach chairs, little cooler)-parking is a bit on the side but there are luggage carts that were helpful! -bring your own TP/paper towels because you will run out of there are multiple people -there are basic dishes/cooking supplies which was great. -there’s no cleaning spray! I wish we would’ve brought some. Overall, the place was great (three of us) and we will more than likely stay again! It’s right on the beach and the pool is in the courtyard right by the room. Bill was easy to communicate with through text.

Rental was very clean and had great direct access to the beach. The grounds were very nice and even the amenities were great. The owners were very responsive and helpful with checking in and instructions. The Patio was nice and had a nice side vantage view of the beach.

Loved the condo! Right next to both the beach and the pool, last condo on the complex closest to the beach, so great view from the balcony of both the beach and the weekend fireworks! Had all the amenities we needed, great decor, property owners were very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

A perfect spot with a beautiful view we loved how clean it was compared to many other placed we have stayed at. The next door hotel has a bar and party on the weekend with great music! The beach was steps away and perfect for our little to have morning walks right on the beach.

Condo lived up to expectations. Great view of the beach as the balcony sits just to the side of the beachfront view. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We had concerns with the hotel being right next door, but we ended up ordering drinks and food from their beach bar so it worked out perfectly! We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Bill and Barb have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

Why they chose this property

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we chose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools, makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
